My ex still likes my photos five years later?
My ex and I stopped talking so I never got closure
I've not seen him since but he still likes my photos on Facebook which unsettles me a bit
I don't want to block him or show any feelings towards him
What can I do?

Well maybe he feels the exact way that there was no closure. No closure leaves to unanswered questions and possibly feelings. If you don’t feel the need to entertain the situation, block him.

some guys are generally to lazy or in too much pain over something to change things as it gives them a feeling of stability in their life...

Ignore it. Those that touch our hearts are with us forever. I see, hear, smell something that reminds me of ex's 30 and 40 years ago, those emotions I had back then coming flooding back. Just for a second mind you, but they will always have a place. Social media now allows us to have those thoughts, then click a button as opposed to moving on. Just ignore it, no response and such, and move forward.

Why do you need any contact at all with him? Do you want contact?
If you want no contact then block him. Form all social media and from your phone.
What closure do you need. It is over move on. Do you think talking to him is goi g to give you closure? It will probably just lead to a fight and more bad feelings. Let it go.

I don't think there's a whole lot you can do, once you've put out photos on the internet. You could remove yourself and start up new social media accounts, ask in Computers and Internet section. Is this what you are asking about? OR, is it about your relationship with your "ex"? If you want to avoid him, do so.
