Back in the 70s, we had to carry a World Health Organization booklet that showed that we had been vaccinated against smallpox and diptheria. It was a requirement to get into quite a few countries where those diseases still existed. There was nothing totalitarian about it- simple proof that we had been responsible citizens of the world, and were no threat to the people we were visiting. 

I don't support vaccines.  ANY vaccine.  And what's all this crap about vaccine passports?  What is that?  

No one openly does.  "Vaccine" passports aren't totalitarian.  It's just managing national borders.
