Why dont women ?

Most women don't like being the aggressor and don't have to be, because there are plenty of men who will approach them. Women also hate rejection. I am a woman and have approached men I was interested in - guess I have more guts than most.

There is an old saying:

"Men fall in love with women who attract them,

Women are attracted to men they have fallen in love with"

In other words, MOST women are not attracted to a particular man UNTIL they have started to relax with him and bond with him.

Men look for sex, women look for bonding.

If is up to you to make the first move.

Starring is not dangerous, but it is counterproductive. The woman doesn't know you, doesn't know your intentions, doesn't know if you are a dangerous psycho or just some skank looking for sex.  Starring will usually make a woman avoid you.

If you go "hunting" women as if they are prey, they will do what prey does when the hunter approaches .. they will flee. Instead, approach women as if they are a fellow human being ... as you would approach a guy your own age, a senior citizen, etc .. as a person.  LIKE people and be curious about people.
