Why does standing upright make me feel better?
I noticed something strange tonight, I was outside smoking a cigarette and I noticed that when I stood upright, I felt better like I could breathe. My face would feel less tense and I just feel great. Not sure if i'm just feeling great but normally, I'm not standing upright but slouching as I walk. So I wonder if posture can influence that?
