Naruto vs goku who’d win and why?

Its hard to say, but Naruto's fox form might present Goku with an unusual challenge.  Needless to say, the two of them would be eating ramen together afterwards.  

Naruto only has the power to blow up the moon. Roshi was already doing that when Goku was a kid and his power level was only 139. So Naruto's power level is somewhere around 200. Goku's power level is over the trillions.
