How do I go silent on Facebook without deleting my profile?

I just want to go off the FB grid for a month, but don't want to delete my profile.

    Other than not signing in, you could temporary deactivate your account. Follow the steps from Facebook Help at the link below:

    If you don't want to Delete your Account the Best thing to do would be to Just Log out of it and then when your Ready to come back Log Back Into It

    Just don't login, ma'am.  I haven't been on facebook since November or December of 2020, and I still have my account.
