Just pull up the Mississippi and Texas State rates on the drop down menu. Both continue to GO DOWN!
Other one, maybe because TX is doing such a good job that even with the influx of infectious illegal aliens, the rate is still declining.

I doubt those states are recording anything accurately over there. Imagine the governor making a call that leads to increased deaths. They'll cover it up. That's how government works. Especially for the red.
