The fact that Derek chauvin was trained to kneel on the neck. Will this have an impact for court?

Don't think it matters, people have already made up their minds. Most are not watching all the proceedings 24/7, just getting told what to think by their media. Regardless of the verdict, there will be riots.

Where do you get that he was trained to do that?

Considering the policy was officially stopped years ago it should have no bearing

With Chauvin's chief of police saying Chauvin 'absolutely' violated policy while restraining Floyd that way after handcuffing, the manslaughter charge is a slam dunk.

Maybe, maybe not. Skin color is the only reason why there is even a trial. Maybe skin color will be the deciding factor in the verdict.

Well, I think any SANE perosn would think "while handcuffs are put on him"  (which should be less than a minute), not over NINE minutes.

Actually, cops were supposed to be trained to kneel on a perp's back.

Didn't you love how the prosecution's expert witnesses were turned into witnesses for the defense upon cross-examination 2 days ago?

They also took body cam photos from one of the officers that showed close up where Chauvin's knee was.  The prosecution expert admitted the knee was on the shoulder, not the neck.
