Keep getting tired in the afternoon what to do?

Coffee doesn’t always help unless it’s extra extra strong. Coffee only helps to stay more awake at night. I always get enough sleep 8+ hours. All my health levels and vitamins level are normal too. I did have low vitamin D levels in the past but it’s normal now. The only thing that truly helps is being out in public for hours so like mall or something bedsides some classes.
