My mom doesn't listen at all, what can I do about this?

I just told my mom days ago that our car insurance was up and that we cancelled it. My brother and I have been looking for a new policy.

Today, she was completely unaware that we had no insurance even though I've told her multiple times that we didn't. She then was super confused about it and asked if we were all going to be with the same insurance or if one of us was going to a different one. I even was trying to tell her prices and I'm already annoyed as it is that my brother hasn't gotten on this as it is. I am also the one paying for her insurance.

I said of course, why wouldn't we save money by being all on the same policy. She was looking at me wondering why I was all mad. She doesn't listen at all!!! I don't get it. She annoys me so much. Why do you think she is so confused??
