I am here looking for answers because I am concerned. Here's my story. I had my menstrual on Feb 25th-27th. I usually only go four days. I was do for another cycle on the 24th of March and didn't get it. What concerns me is I had a tubal in Jan 2010. I have been feeling tired, light headed, an nauseous. But, I do have depression and Fibromyalgia. I started Cymbalta 4 days ago for my depression and was wondering if that could be the reason why I missed. Could it be the Cymbalta or should I test? I am probably going to test just to be on the safe side. I am usually pretty regular, since the tubal, and haven't had any problems. I haven't had any cramps or anything, but was so sick yesterday that I couldn't eat. What are the chances?

I have a 12 week old miniature dotson. Last week, she got ill with parvo. I took her to the vet immediately and they kept her over night and gave her iv fluids. They sent her home and told me to give her a little bit of gateraid and pepto. (the doses that were given were given for a dog her size and age and the vets gave them to her). Well, she got worse and I ended up taking her back last friday. They kept her and gave her another ivtreatmentt. They finally was able to get her to eat, after noteatingg for the three days she was home, and she was able to come home yesterday. They were feeding her an ounce of wet dog food every two hours to get her weight back up. Hervomitingg is gone and she is moreenergeticc. Her bowel is still soft, but they said it would harden over the next few days. They gave me directions to care for her, but I was wondering; should I throw her bedding away and toys away, get new ones? I'm scared to take her outside to pee and poop, since she had parvo so what did you do for your dog? I know parvo stays in the ground for seven years, so should I take her to another place in my yard to use the potty? I am just trying to make sure she gets better and doesn't get sick again. She goes back in two weeks to get vaccinations. Any tips and information would be greatly appreciated. She is still weak and lost a bunch of weight. My 2 year old would be lost without her. Please help!

My doctor used the term ghost pregnancy with a miscarriage I had. I had my second miscarriage in 2008 while on the pill. I didn't know I was pregnant, once I found out, I stopped taking the pill. I started having cramping and was scheduled for an ultrasound since I have had a previous miscarriage before. Well, the ultrasound showed the pregnancy sac and tissue, but no baby. He called it a ghost pregnancy since the baby didn't form. Have you heard of this? I am writing a paper, a definition paper, for English 101, and would like that to be my topic and I can't find any information on it. What is the medical term for a ghost pregnancy? If you find a link for causes, symptoms, why and how it happens and so on, please let me know!

I have this friend who claims she is pregnant. I don't really believe her considering that she has lied the entire time I've known her, since about 8th grade. She told me that she is pregnant and only has one picture of it. My neighbor, who is a nurse, looked at it and said it was a vaginal ultra sound that that she looked about 10 weeks. At the time of the picture, she was about 6 weeks. When she told me she was pregnant, she said she went to a party, got drunk and don't remember who it was that she slept with. I honestly think she is lying, but I don't know how she would be smart enough to fake an ultra sound pic. She's always had medical issues and I don't think it is even possible for her to get pregnant. She has claimed to have a miscarriage in the past and I have seen no proof of nothing. I told her I wanted to be there when she had the baby and she said, "my midwife and I agreed that it would be better for me to do this alone so I can have that one on one time with my baby!" You bond with your child over a lifetime, not over night. I think she's full of crap, but how easy is it to fake an ultra sound? Is it possible? Is there a website you can do it off of? The reason why I was wanting to know was because it looks nothing like the two I have had and it's the only one she has. Any ideas or any help would be nice...... Thanks.

I just recently got diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis (IC) and do not think that the symptoms I am experiencing are related to the IC. For three days, my bowl movements have been off track. Constipation as well as diarrhea. I also have a headache as well as light headedness, back and side pain, slight cramping, nausea, hot and cold flashes, fatigue, shortness of breath, dry mouth, and no appetite. What could it be?

My washer, although I clean it weekly, is starting to make my towels stink really bad. Tide makes some kind of cleaning stuff to use, but it didn't work long. Bleaching doesn't help at all either. I have tried to clean the black stuff, probably mold, out of the place in front of the door, but it hardly works. What are my options to get the smell gone?

I had a tubal in Jan of this year. However, my periods are very irregular and I don't keep up with them. My last cycle was only 3-4 days and the first day of my last menstrual was on the 26th. For the past week, maybe longer, I have been having nausea, fatigue, light headedness, frequent urination, food cravings, shortness of breath, sore breasts, hot/cold flashes, not being able to concentrate, constipation, egg white looking discharge and I have also not been wanting to have sex as well. Before my tubal, I had a period every 28 days that lasted for 4 days. Now, I don't cramp and have no signs of it happening. I was tested for Interstitial cystitis but it doesn't really bother me. I am managing it just fine taking 800mg ibuprofen three times a day. I also have fibromyalgia and know that this could be all in my head and could be from my conditions I have. My husband asked me the other day, after craving something he found to be odd of me craving, if I was pregnant. We don't want anymore kids, but what is the chances of getting pregnant after a tubal if you never use protection? Do you know anyone who has gotten pregnant after a tubal? Should I test just be on the safe side? Any opinions would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

I had a tubal in Jan of this year. Since my tubal, I have been struggling with Fibromyalgia and Interstitial Cystitis. I don't think I am pregnant, but it's always a possibility. I am tired all the time, I have no energy, I am nauseated all the time, constantly urinating, irregular menstrual cycle, light headed, hot and cold flashes, depressed and I just don't feel like myself. Did you feel this way after having a tubal? Did you or someone you know conceive even though they had a tubal done? I was just wondering. I had my urine tested last week and I have moderate blood in my urine which can be related to the Interstiial Cystitis. They didn't check my blood, but I was wondering if I should just to be on the safe side in case this is another medical issue that they haven't found. I know I'm not pregnant, but what are the chances in getting pregnant after a tubal? Have you or someone you know gotten pregnant after having a tubal done? I'm just curious.

My cat, Sugar, is a year old. She is really fat and has nipples that are swollen and pink. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow to get the kittens aborted, but I think she might already be between 4-7 weeks pregnant. I don't really know how far along she is. She is a very loveable cat and has been spending most of her time laying around and sleeping so I knew she had to be pregnant. Her tummy is swollen and hard. Should I still have them aborted or not? If she is pregnant over 5 weeks, what are the chances of the kittens surviving? I don't want to get them aborted if they have a chance of survival when aborted. I don't know what to do. She is getting her shots, getting fixed, having the kittens aborted and pain meds tomorrow morning. Should I just let her have the kittens? I feel bad about aborting them but I've already got two cats. I don't need to be stuck with anymore. I knew she was in heat and she accident got out when I was packing in food a few weeks ago. Got any advice?

I just recently had my second child. I am back to 189, weighed 210 when I went into labor with him. I am big boned and I love my figure. However, my tummy isn't so great. I still have the stretch marks and the baby fat I gained with him. I am slowly losing it and thought about using a dietary supplement. I am a busy mother of two taking college classes online and would like to fit dieting into my schedule. What am I suppose to weigh at my age and height of 5"8 and 25? What are you weight loss secretes? What worked for you? I am not losing weight to be considered pretty by everyone. I want to do this to be comfortable in my own skin and to be healthy. Any tips or advice would be great! I'm ready to start a new chapter and a new life!

My daughter turned 2 on Christmas Day and I have been in the process of taking away her passy and potty training her. She has her passy all the time and to be honest, I think she's too old for it. I'd rather start trying to rid herself from it right now. She usually only wants it when she is sick or when she sleeps. Here lately, she has had it all the time. She even talks and asks me questions with it in her mouth. How can I get her to give it up?

Also, she has been sitting on the potty. She will pass a little toot and be done. Then once I put a diaper on her, she pees or poops. When she does pee, she says, "Mommy, I pee." Then she takes off her diaper. When she poops, she says, "Mommy, I got stinkies in there." I couldn't tell you how many times I have caught her without her diaper on because she takes it off. When I change her, she will ask for a baby wipe so she can clean herself. Is she ready? What are tips that I can use to help her? When I take her to the potty, she sits on it for more than 10 minutes sometimes. I have an 8 week old and I'm starting to go nuts on the potty training and loosing her passy. Does it sound like she is ready to use the big girl potty and git rid of her passy? Should I tackle one at a time or both? I need quick and easy tips and lots of help! Thanks.

Here's the story. My husband and I have a 2 year old daughter and a 7 week old son. We are both happy and planned on me getting fixed. Well, my insurance won't pay for it. I have a medical card as well, but it expires pretty soon and will take 30 days to cover the tubal that I planned on having. We both don't want any more and in the mean time, we are just using condoms as protection. I had my period on the 5th and it lasted for five days. I ended up going to the emergency room on the 7th because of some major bleeding. My blood pressure was high, I was very light headed and had a headache for two days straight. Anyways, I stopped bleeding on the 10th. I have had protected sex since then as we did last night twice. I woke up and had some bleeding this morning. What could that be? I really don't want to think that I could be pregnant this early. I don't want to be pregnant. How soon did you get pregnant after the birth of your child? Could this just be because of the love making? Should I give myself a couple of weeks to get my menstrual cycle back on track?

I live in Lawrenceburg, Ky and due to medical reasons, my license has expired. It expired November 9th of this year. Do I have to retake any of the tests or can I just go to the courthouse and renew it. I was in and out of the hospital since October 29th and am just now well enough to drive. Any advice would be great. I really don't want to have to retake the tests so hopefully they will renew my license. Will there be an extra charge? What are the regulations for expired license? How long do you have to renew a license before you have to start out as a new driver?

My two year old got a permanent maker and wrote on her hand and her face. What's the best way to get it off?

My son is two weeks old. At his two week appointment a few days ago, he was diagnosed with a condition called Hydrocele. This condition means fluid around the testicle. Needless to say, his right testicle is swollen and looks painful. I have a daughter and this is my first son so I don't know what to expect when it comes to the male parts. His doctor said that it would go away in a few weeks to a couple of months. I called her the other day because it has moved to his left one as well which isn't as big as his right one. She wants to see him first thing Tuesday morning. Has anyone ever had this problem with their son? He had an ultrasound done to make sure it was fluid and it is. His doctors said it was normal for infants to have this kind of swelling in their testicle. Is there anything I should expect?

I am so scared. I have never had one done before. I am having blood pressure problems, swelling problems, headaches and am currently on an antibiotic for a really bad urinary track infection. I was hospitalized twice last week and since my doctor was on vacation, the doctor I seen didn't want to delivery until I seen my actual doctor. Both said that he is very big when they feel around on my tummy. I am so miserable and so huge I can't get out of bed to use the restroom without help. I also can't hardly breathe. How dangerous is this Amniocentesis test? I am having it done to make sure he is well developed to be delivered next week because I am so huge and miserable. Was there anything that eased your mind during the test? I'm just so scared and scared that it will hurt my son. I just want him delivered nice and healthy. Any advice?

I am currently 31 weeks pregnant with baby number 2, a boy. I have been having BHC on and off for about two weeks. Nothing serious. But, for the past couple of days, I have been having the contractions associated with cramping. Sometimes I have contractions, sometimes cramps and then sometimes both together. It's not really painful or anything, just uncomfortable. I go to the doctor again Wednesday because I am being seen every two weeks now. They haven't started checking me so I don't know what's going on. I also hurt so bad that I can't even hardly put on my pants or get up to help my daughter. I am also peeing a lot more, not getting much sleep and my lower back hurts terribly from time to time. Any advice on what I should do? I know what labor feels like and I don't want to drive to the doctor since it's a long drive, just to be told that I can deal with it at home. I do have hydronehprosis which is swelling of the kidney. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't preterm labor or anything. I had my daughter at 37 weeks 3 days. So, could this mean that my son may come around the same time? It's only six weeks away. I am just miserable right now with the pain and everything. Thanks for the help.
