I worked at a car dealer doing inventory management, I was told that they were getting rid of the position but they asked me to stay in sales. I agreed, but told the manager I had to take disability because I had been dealing with a back issue and it had gotten worst to the point where I couldn't walk well. The manager knew I had back pain, the GM knew I had pain and I was planning to take disability as I tried to speak to him the day before. Now I find out that they terminated my health insurance as of the 31st. Do I have any legal rights through this?

I have sciatica or a slipped disk, I can barely walk yet I am still going in. I talked with the payroll/hr lady and she said there is no sick leave policy. Can I get fired for not going in? The managers seem to like me, and 2 sales managers that I work with daily have seen me in pain, so they no I am not faking it.

I'm tired of failing everything I try, I graduated high school in 06 and kept failing classes in community college and changing my major and got on academic probation, then suspension. I left and started selling cars for 2.5 years. My manager convinced me to go back to school, first semester back I needed a 2.0 otherwise I would get academic dismissal I tried as hard as I could still fail 1 class and now I don't know if I can appeal the dismissal. I wanted to withdraw from the class but family heath issues happened so I was distracted.

Apart from that I'm 26, living at home, and never had a date.

What do I do, I haven't even told my parents.

my mom has had severe back pain for the past few days, I took her yesterday to get a scan of her back and we were suppose to get the results yesterday or today. we called the doctor today and we cant get the results because that doctor we saw was not in today. we called multiple times today to try and speak with the "head doctor" but they never got back with us. we even called the after hours doctor and left a message asking if we should take her to the ER and still nothing.

what the hell is going on is this even legal for them to do this?

I got pulled over for doing 75 in a 55, officer gave a break and put "failure to obey highway sign", I also had a license plate frame that said s**t on it he said he will not write me for this. If I go to court and fight this, can he change the offense?

can the cop say in court, "he was doing 75 mph in a 55mph zone, and had profanity on his license plate frame."

gas stations sign said $3.499 gas pump said $2.499 filled up, told people at work to get to that station and fill up. does the station have to honor the price? (i paid by credit and have the receipt)

for gift cards- most of my customers that buy cars from me I send them a thank you letter with a $10 gift card...... can I write the gift cards off??

i work as a salesmen for a subaru dealer and i own a subaru. so can i write it off as advertising the car? what if i put a sign on the rear windshield saying to buy from me? how about add ons i have on the car? (rims, sound system) i mean its things you can do to the car easily

i am not getting much support from the sales managers most help is coming from other salesmen.

they managers know my uncle (works at a different dealer but same owner) and they have been telling him lies about me being lazy not following up with customers playing on my computer all day, blah blah blah.

i am on my computer FOLLOWING UP with clients (emails to clients, and follow up letters)

i have sold 2.5 cars in 2 weeks

and that .5 sale was because they unfairly took me off of a sale to drop some service customers off, yet when i came back i stayed 1 hour 30 minutes after closing to close the deal and they got mad at me because i didnt take their car for clean up the second i came back (the other salesmen that got .5 deal was sitting on his *** watching tv)

i knew i shouldnt have take in this job because when i got my car from there i had horrible service and let them know that on the survey, and i had horrible service from the service department and know one would help so i contacted the companies head quarters.

i feel that they are trying to get back at me because of this.

i forgot to mention, i lost 3 or 4 deals because we didnt have the car in stock and the only dealership we exchange with didnt have the car

and they prices they give to the salesmen ON THE EXACT CAR (same trim level and everything) is much lower then they gave me!!

i have made the decision to quit tomorrow or saturday, what should i tell the manager? i am going to go in so i can give the clients info to another salesmen who has helped me since i started.

should i just go in and say "I quit" or how should i do this? i will not give 2 weeks notice because i cant work under those conditions anymore

in my room the closet for my clothes is in the bathroom, im afraid to put my clothes in there because the moisture from taking showers, there is a door that covers it but its one of those 2 part sliding mirror doors. what can i put in there to make sure it doesnt get to moist

here is the formula i did

$ in common stock / par value + stock / dividend = new stock

1,438,000/10= 143,800 + 43,600= 187,400 * .14= 26,238

i put 26,238 for retained earnings but that was wrong

then i used 26,238 for dividends distributable what ever i got was right.... wtf im i doing wrong? i am suppose to multiply the "new stock" 26,238 by par (10) or market (19)?

sometime last month i got bronchitis, bad cough, chest congestion, i could feel my lungs wheezing. went to the doctor (couldnt see my regular doc, she was not in) took a z-pack. felt a little better, then 2-3 weeks later i started feeling bad again i went to the doctor again (again couldnt see my regular doctor) and i got "levaquin" finished that on thursday. and felt better, yesterday again i felt bad, and still feel bad right now. not really wheezing, little chest congestion, BUT i am coughing bad, i cant get the mucus out when i cough though. what is wrong? i have already spent $60 going to the doctor and getting medicine, so i really dont want to go back.

we moved and had our old house renovated, the contractors started out working very fast and we thought it was great. our contract with them stated that if there is any extra work the price will be negotiated my mom asked them to do some extra stuff (knock down a wall, repaint different color) and they DID NOT ask for any more money. we also said that they have 30 days and for each day they go over the OWE us $100 (started May 12th) they have yet to finish we have fired them because they refuse to do work that was in the contract. if they had finished the contract ON TIME we would owe them $6,000. today they sent us a mechanics lien for OVER $12,000. what do we do? how are we responsible for more then what the contract said? they never asked for more money
