We live in connecticut. A neighbor has a Puggle she leaves the dog out all the time, it is now well into fall here and the nit time temp is about 30-40 degrees. As i was turning around i see her dog still tied by a rope outside. I just got my dog six months ago he is ten months old and i could never imagine leaving him out in this weather any longer than he wants he is a border collie lab mix and his coat is medium length. And he is very active so sometimes he likes to run in the cold. But that only lasts a few minutes.

I feel so sad for this dog i don't know what to do . I don't think h e should be outside at night. And especially when it's this cold.

I am not very close with my brother, although I try. I visit him whenever I am in his state, over the last few years we have gotten closer, (visiting our sick and ailing grandfather) but not terribly close. He married a few years ago and I love his wife!!!

A few months ago by accident I stumbled on the fact that he had a baby boy with another woman. I called and spoke to the other woman and she has been keeping in contact via email and text with updates and pictures of the baby. Surprisingly the baby doesnt look like my brother, actually my baby looks more like my brother than his own son. His wife is non the wiser. I am so confused and heartbroken and I want to tell her so bad but I dont want to get in the middle or cause any problems for my brother but I want to kick him in the pants. He has distanced himself more from me but we still talk, I really dont know what to do. as a woman and friend I want to tell her but I dont want to out my brother and possible cause my nephew and his mother any problems.

What would you do?

I asked a question, and got slammed for it. I think my #'s were off. So I am adjusting the question and asking it again.

If the Gov't gave the American people $50,000 per tax paying person. Wouldnt that stimulate the economy and cost roughly the same as all these bailouts that have really not helpped so far.

citibank buying 50 million dollar jets and 400million ball park naming rights. AIG and their trips and wall street bonus'. The fat cat car company execs coming to washington in their Jets.

I am tired. Millions of americans losing their homes. Millions losing their Jobs.

Would you be for it. do you think it would help the economy? no slams just answer the question.

money. IF it would have been give to you instead of bailing out wallstreet. Even if it was taxable you would have still had a nice chunk of change.

I would have used it to help with my mortgage payment

paid some bills

put some in saving

bought some stuff

I think we would have done much better for our economy than

these bailouts.

also alot of people told me they didnt agree because people who invested in these companies would have lost money. but if were giving them 400K would that help them recover some of the loss. Maybe we could have let them have it tax deductable if they were over the age of 50yrs old.

I think this as another sell out to ALL the american people, i think we could have done better.

**FYI** AIG execs just had a 440K vacation for the exeutives with your hard earned tax dollars. this is what we get for helping out wallstreet.

I am part of a committee that is desiged to help diversity in our community. we are throwing a UNITY FAIR soon and I have been put in charge of putting together an American Girl doll room because they have very diverse line of dolls.

I was thinking about a craft for the children to do or storytime learning about the different dolls and stories.

PLEASE HELP, I NEED MORE IDEAS, I am making a banner and I want to do a story time for some of the dolls but I dont know what else and even how to pull this off ,

any ideas will be gratley appriciated !!!!!!! I'm sure there are some very creative people on here!

Other than that I have no other names. I liked Jackson but my DH squashed it, Our last name is six letters long and starts and ends with a N.

Our family (me hubby and kids,3) was invited to a backyard wedding 4 a friend of my hubby, it's his 2nd. We origionally were not going 2 bring the kids but when we got the invitation it listed the kids names as well, so I RSVP'd for 5. When I asked my husband if my stepdaughter was going 2 be with us, he said "no, but your younger (13yrs old) brother is" it will still be 5 people so, no big deal. My DH called groom 2 give a courtesy call 2 let them know about the change & groom said "NO, Sorry! bro can't come!". We thought he was kidding but he repeated "No" again, DH told him that we have a problem w/leaving my bro home alone while we are out with the kids all night, &they said they would get back 2 us 2 let us know if he could come. Well I think that they r RUDE! what's the diff, it's still 5 people. Our gifts 2 them have ALWAYS reflected nicely. There R going 2 be kids there & they INVITED THE KIDS IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!! I am offended & don't want to go, should we go? R they RUDE?

I have had a reacurring rash in 3 area's of my body for the last 3 months, Side of my ankle, back of my forearm, and hip. Today I went to put hydrortisone, and noticed that it's not just in those 3 area's anymore, it is all over my butt and other area's of my body. I took an antihistamine liq. but it just stop my urge to scratch , which I know it bad.

This rash only occures right before my period and goes away within the first 3 - 5 days of my period. The rash is flat,red and hot than the rest of my skin. They can be the size of a pin to a quarter to huge patches, they are not raised. I have called my Gyn,PCP, and Now going to the Derm Dr. Help me,

My husband mad 145k in regular salary and was taxed 50k on that, then he received 2 bonus's one for 48k which he took home 32k and the other one I know his take home from that one was 105K. I also worked and made 45k. From what I can piece together we paid somewhere like 150k in taxes,

we own a home and have 2 kids, do we still have to pay MORE taxes.

I am completly devoted to my DH, but latley I have been having feeling for my husbands friend, His old boss and I am going crazy. I would never act on anything, is it normal if you are happy to have feeling so strongly for another person? I do think he has flirted with me a little, but maaybe it just in my mind
