how fast do the motorcycles run on straightways at daytona 200

I have a Zumo 220 bluetooth only gps and ride a harley wearing a open face helment. I need to hear the gps instructions. No need for music or phones, just the gps instructions. Any ideas on the best way to hear the gps at highway speeds? Thanks

The thing runs fine if you keep your foot on the gas to keep the rpm up around 1,500 but if you let it drop the the normal idle speed, it goes dead at once.

Putting that much juice to the bottom concerns me a little. Would the crank need to be balanced and welded? Thoughts?...Thanks

Help! The more I look the more I get mixed up. I just bought a Garmin Zumo 220 Bluetooth GPS to use on my bike. After a recent accident, I have problems with maps and directions. Does anyone have any advise on the best bluetooth divice product to use with a open face helment that will let me hear the street by street directions from the GPS, I do not need to make phone calls- just hear the GPS clearly at highway speeds. head light points too high. The bucket is positioned as low as possible. Is there an internal adjustment for the sealed beam bulb?

I noticed that the prop shaft has some wiggle in it. Does that mean the shaft bearing is bad, or could it just be the stuffing box just needs repacking? It is a 34 foot Tartan with inboard diesel.

I now have a 2007 HD Softail. I put in about 25K miles a year. Many times I do 500+ miles a day several days in a row. Now that I am getting a little older, I am looking for a little more confort for my butt. Don't tell me to change bikes, I have been on Harleys for 40 years and will stay with them. Just want some feed back on seats. I hear a lot about Corbin. Any long distance riders out there have any comments.

simple roof with 9 foot walls, shallow pitch, two valleys, and I think the metal is call R panel. It is not expensive. The entire mataerial cost was a little less than 3k for 22 sq with all screws and trim. It is not standing seam and will be on a garage.

Does a metal roof require full decking underneath. Also can a spray-on insulation be used on the underside of the metal roof? Are metal roofs self-venting or do they need seperate ridge vents? What is best to use for a vapor barrier? Thanks for any feed back on any of the issues.

Help. I am build a new garage and have a early 80s Formula - built by Thunderbird and I need to know how how much height I need for the boat with the windshield to clear the header beam. The boat is not here now, so I can't just put it on the trailer and measure it. It is a dual axel trailer. Can anybody help?

How is the headlight adjustment both up and down as well as left to right made on a 2007 Softail Deluxe to make sure that the beam is putting the max amount of light where it needs to be? I put in a new dual bulb unit and it does not seem to be as good as the stock one and it should be much better. Thanks for any help.

Ok - I am stupid - I have this bobcat loader that has been around 15 years - I haven't used in 10. Now I need to. Got it running fine. Jumped in it, grabed the control sticks on each side and was ready to go. I could do everything but find the controls that operate the bucket on the front of the loader. It is a small space, so they should not be hard to find. I just forgot where they are and the more I look, the more stupid I feel. Help!

Purchased a 1981 Formula 233 power boat with a single 260 horse power 350. Boat has only 600 total hours on it, but I know nothing about it - weight, amount of fuel carried - nothing. can't get it to run worth a crap. Bought it new and build a retro bike so needed to run dual exhaust - went with V&H true duals. Got same cam as my 07 screaming eagle. Have race tuner and has been on dyno for hours. Thing is a dog and gas mileage is 34 at best. Any suggestions? Thanks for anything you can add.

Purchased new as 96 inch with six speed. I already have a 2007 screaming eagle 110 ince, but I wanted to make a retro style ride. I striped everything off, punched to 103 inch, put same cam as the eagle, did all the old style lights, leather, so forth, added race tuner so it could be set up on dyno. Then but set of true duals Vance-Hynes exhaust system with O2 sensors, broke it in properly, and off to the dyno shop. After hours of tuning, the end result is a beautiful bike that is a dog. I have been told by many that the 103 set up should be hot - close to my 110- this bike would not out run a stock 96 inch Bagger and the gas milage dropped to 34 at the best - got 24K miles on it this year, so it shoud be loose. My only idea is that the true dules are too restrictive to allow the motor to breath properly - lame? Anybody got any ideas or have experienced this problem or whoul like to comment on what level of performance that should be expected from the set up describied above - am running stock heads.
