I did a VIN check on it and it is a US vehicle, why would it be in kilometers? This vehicle is at an auction that is drug task force seized vehicles. Could it be from another country and it shows as a US vehicle because it is registered here?

the Cable is DVI-D Dual link on both ends, the monitor has DVI-I but the computer had DVI-D and the monitor shows the windows XP loading then shuts off saying no signal

we are building a mower. It runs, but the vacuum hose blows instead of sucks. it is messing up the choke and the fuel pump, and me and a vietnam war vet who has worked on mowers since he was 15 can't figure it out, any suggestions??
