My job only give me a few hours a day, like 5 or even 4. I feel like I should get a break regardless. I have to pee, I get thirsty and hungry. As a result I'm slower and can't think clearly because I"m so dehydrated. We can't eat or drink on the floor or chew gum, which is understandable, but I feel like I'm going to faint or vomit if I don't get to eat at least every 2 hours. I have a high metabolism and I get weak. I'm worst than that snickers commercial. How can I address this with my boss? I thought that basic human needs are understandable but apparently they don't think that way.

There is a young mother in my area that is in the Ronald McDonald House. She gave birth to a preemie and doesn't ask for help. She has been at the Ronald McDonald House for about a few weeks now. So what kind of things can we give her to occupy her time during this difficult time. What kind of things should I give her and her young baby?

I do not like taking pictures. I just don't. It makes me uncomfortable and to have a semi-to permanent picture of me anywhere just makes me feel weird, and loss of control. I know I have issues but don't we all. Anyway someone always wants to take out a camera and wants to take a picture and I never want to. I even had one person take a picture of my food that I was eating. Why? Then they get mad and I get upset. And I end up taking a picture. I'm not shy I just don't like having my picture taken. Its like gross why would you want to have a picture of me and why are you so insistent about it. I already said no. So I guess my question is what can I say after they asked me twice already and I said no? I know this is lame but I just don't want to be rude.

Do they really work? Ive tried natural store brand deodorants, and they have failed me. I've done the alcohol spray with essential oils, and that failed me. So before I try any other homemade deodorants I want to know if anyone else has use them?

I work in retail so my job is really not that serious. I hear the Store Manager yell or curse someone out every time I work with my boss. Is this normal? Everyday my managers are in a foul moods. One of my manager's has fibromyalgia so she's constantly in pain and it puts her in a bad mood and the longer her day the worst she acts. Is this normal to get yelled at or nagged all the time at work?

I have a manager at my job, who won't allow me to do my job. Its like she'll give me a long list of tasks do to and before I can complete anything she'll question if I've done them. i don't want to be rude but at the same time I just want to yell "I haven't even gotten to them." Its like if I don't do it the way she does it, I'm wrong. I sweep wrong, or wipe a counter wrong, or take out the trash wrong. Every thing I do is a "coaching moment" I have to do all these tasks between "guests". So I'll tell her what I'm doing, and she like "make a list" . I already did. and she just hovers over me. Its like she doesn't trust me. I'm a great worker and I know there is always room for improvement but I just feel stifled by her. How can I tell my manager in a way without seeming disrespectful?

This guy at my job is trying to give me a hard time and he and his girlfriend for some reason enjoy calling me names and all kinds of silliness. Its kinda annoying but not enough for me to actually say something to them, but now there are starting to harass my friends. I tried telling them to not get involved. They have the mentality that they don't let anyone "play" them. I don' care what anyone calls me at work. I'm there to make money and go. He says it when he plays video games, and one time when we watched a different t.v. show when a black contested was voted off a show. But for me this was the last straw. It was so loud and so aggressive. The next day after thinking about it, I realize that I let too much go and ended the friendship.

so why am I crying and he's not calling. I just want him to really apologize and I realize that I may never get one from him, but how can he not know what he did was hurtful? I don't want to cry over a looser friend but my insides hurt.

I met this guy who says he doesn't care if I don't shave my legs or or have painted toes, or even if my hair is done or wear make up. I wear make up but its a very natural look. Just to even out my skin tone. I shave my legs and I don't want my feet to look like a man. Does he really not care for these things or is he just saying it.
