Why do people allow their 11-12 year old girls out in public dressed like little hoochies?
I see this almost every day. Little girls running around in mini skirts, halter tops and one even has her belly button pierced! (She told me she was 11). My sons have started calling them prostitots.
14 AnswersGrade-Schooler1 decade agoFor my difficult employee?
This is to clarify a little. There is not much heavy lifting to do, I have 1 girl that has trouble lifting because of an accident, and the surgeon had to take out a chunk of her arm muscle-- she is capable of doing everything except lifting 2-3 boxes a night or filling the soda machine with ice, which requires them to be lifted over the head. I have several older women who have various health issues, and up until I hired this guy everyone was willing to help each other out where needed, you know-- teamwork. But this guy expects everything and everyone around him to be perfect. He isn't really any more productive than anyone else, he does only what he has to do. At least the other employees are willing to stay a few minutes extra when needed.
5 AnswersDiet & Fitness1 decade agoCan anyone help with a difficult employee?
I hired this guy about 3 months ago, and while he does a good job, he is a perfectionist who thinks he is MR perfect. The problem is that he refuses to work with anyone who is not one of his friends, unless they are cute girls. He has called them lazy as* , even when I have tried to explain to him that some people just take a little longer to get the job done. Heaven forbid if they should dare to take their break. He went so far as to suggest that I start a policy that if a person can't lift 50lbs, or stand on their feet for 5 hours straight that they could no longer work there. He thinks he is being treated unfairly if he is asked to lift something for someone. This guy has convinced the owner to feel sorry for him because he has a mentally ill wife and 2 small children to the point of giving him a raise which puts him making more than people who have been working for him for 8 years. How can I convince the boss that this guy is causing a lot of hard feelings.

Every day I am getting more and more people requesting applications, most of whom would never have considered restaurant work unless they were desperate.
4 AnswersOther - Business & Finance1 decade agoDoes anyone know what the very beginning symptoms of MS are.?
I have had one doctor who said a few of my symptoms sort of act like MS, but not quite. The only websites I have found on this have not been very helpful.
2 AnswersOther - Diseases1 decade agoTeachers- What do you really think about all of the state-fed mandatory testing?
It seems to me as a parent, that in order to get good scores on these tests, that so much information is thrown at the kids so rapidly that it really does not have time to sink in. By the time the tests are over, most of it is just forgotten.
2 AnswersStandards & Testing1 decade agoMy cat refuses to use litter box?
We have taken her to the vet and he says she is ok, just being stubborn. We have tried different litters, putting her in the box, putting a cover on it, and spraying her with water. Nothing is working, she will jump out of the box and go straight to the carpet in front of us and go! I'm about to throw her outside or have her put down.
11 AnswersCats1 decade agoHow many people think that the bans on smoking are over the top?
Is it a result of hysteria? From every source that I have seen, non-smokers live about 5 years longer than smokers on average. Is that alone enough to justify all the bans?
9 AnswersLaw & Ethics1 decade agoWhy are so many 13-14 year olds looking for jobs?
I have noticed it just within the last year or so, and I wondered why? I have even had a couple of 12 year olds looking for work.
