But this person can show, used the photos and video from the incident to show that he did not enough time to safely break before the light turned red, He was at the line just as the light turned red. I believe california law states to the effect, that the yellow light acts as a warning, basically, my question is, if you didnt have time to stop before the light turned red, do you still have to pay the ticket?>
