I'm a thirty-one year old male that enjoys answering other peoples questions. If I know the answer or I think I can help, I will. Many people come to me for answers and I think that I have helped them all.
What if "God" is wrong?
I don't mean to insult anyone's religion or support all the bad things that are happening, but what if he/she is wrong? Suspend your deeply ingrained religious faith and think for a moment. Oh, and "God is never wrong" is not a good enough answer.
8 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoHow should I approach my 14 year old concerning masturbation?
This is a touchy subject for me as I am at a loss on what to do. The other night, my step-daughter was showering. I was in the living room watching a movie with the volume low because my son was asleep in the living room. My wife went out to buy some ice for the next day. Then out of nowhere, I heard a muffled moan. The moan that comes from a woman having sex. I followed the sound and it was coming from the restroom that my step-daughter was showering. She did not know that my wife had left because my wife was the one who told her to take a shower. As you might imagine, this is a real tricky one to handle. I am not sure how to do it or if I should approach her about it. If I do approach her, what should I say or should I dissapprove of it (even though I do it and many others do, but deny it)? To tell you the truth, I would rather she do that, than go out and have sex with every boy she sees. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
32 AnswersAdolescent1 decade agoI have a 14 year old step-daughter and I need advice.?
I have a 14 year old step-daughter that I think has a crush on me. She does things to confirm it. To cite several, but not examples, are as follows:
She has the habit of stopping in my field of view and bend over or bend backwards. She claims to be stretching.
While watching TV one day, she throws a pillow at me. So I throw the pillow back at her and we start a pillow fight. When all is said and done, she comes behind me and gives me a back rub. Then licks my ear and whispers that she loves me.
This is really starting to freak me out and I need some advice on what I should do. I am not a good looking man, actually I am freaking ugly so I have no idea what she sees in me. Besides, she is way to young and I am married to her mother and I have done nothing to encourage it. I actually discourage it by pushing her away and leaving her alone. Please help. Thank you.
23 AnswersParenting1 decade agoA blonde joke for you.?
There was a blonde woman driving down a country road one day when she saw a most amazing site. There, in the middle of a field, was another blonde woman trying desperately to row a boat. The blonde woman that was driving pulled over and yelled at the other blonde "It is blondes like you that makes all of us blondes look bad. And if I could swim, I would swim over there and kick your butt!"

1 AnswerTiVO & DVRs1 decade agoWhy is it that many religious people attribute everything to "God" and dismiss science?
You could argue that there is no proof that "God" exists, or you could argue that he does exist. Just because he is mentioned in a mythological book does not mean that he exists. Granted many religious people are also scientists, and vice versa. For example, I have seen and answered many questions here regarding the creation of the universe. As expected, the devoutly religious go straight to one answer: God. And the other half go on to explain the Big Bang theory. I guess my question really is: Why can't religous people at least try to look at it from a point of view that really makes sense, as opposed to believing that an invinsible supernatural being that lives in the sky is responsible for all this?

I saw a question similar to this and wanted to know your reaction if the opposite were asked.
11 AnswersLesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender1 decade agoI have three religous questions.?
If you have read "The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy", you will know where I am coming from. Here are the questions:
1. Where "God" went wrong? ( I don't count)
2. Some more of "Gods" mistakes? (I still don't count)
3. Who is this "God" person anyway? ( I know I don't count)
10 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoTelevised religion.?
I question this form of television. Why is it that Christianity and some other form of religion can be broadcast on American television while not others? I thought this country was all about freedom of religion? What if I wanted to watch a sermon that deals with Judism or to the extreme, Satanism? Come on, now. This is getting ridiculous. Your thoughts.
18 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoShortness of breath?
A little backgroung on myself. I am a 30 year old male, weighing in at about 310 Lbs. Blood pressure is normal, no signs of diabetes. Cholestorol count is nominal. I have had shortness of breath of the past couple of days and it's freaking me out. Also, sometimes I get a sharp pain in my diaphgram area and my eyes hurt when open for a long time. I have been to several doctors within my PPO, but they have not found anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

3 AnswersPhysics1 decade agoJohn Titor: Fact or Fiction.?
John Titor was the name used for the purported time traveller from the year 2036 who posted on several time-travel–related Internet bulletin boards during 2000/2001, making many ambiguous, but seemingly falsifiable, predictions about events in the near future and giving an account of his supposed native time period. Many proponents of Titor believe his claims may be unsubstantiated due to the complex nature of the multiple time-line theory. Whether or not John Titor was a hoax has been a topic of controversy on web-based paranormal discussion boards.
