Is it ok for a guy to date a girl and a guy if he is bi?

I saw a question similar to this and wanted to know your reaction if the opposite were asked.

Update:

I saw this question asking the opposite. I myself am not bi-sexual. I am happily married and not cheating on my wife. I just wanted to gather a general consensus.

One would hope that any person would only date one person at a time. No matter what thier sex was. It is only fair to give a person you are dating 100% of your attention. They deserve this respect.

    Exact same answer from me:

Only if everyone involved knows the situation beforehand and agrees to it. Otherwise, it's nothing better than cheating in my eyes, and it doesn't matter if he's bi or not.

Some people have great experiences with polyamory, but most people find it difficult to juggle more than one partner. Take care and be careful. There's a reason why monogamy (or cheating and lying) are the main forms of relationships out there.

My answer to this is exactly the same..... apart from the reasons explained for girls... like wanting one person for them and not being greedy and stringing two along...

It doesn't matter what variation of gender is involved....

Male love is just as strong as female... it's not like the other bloke won't mind.... but I suppose it depends on the anture of the relationship

But nothing should be done in secret.. if it's going to work at all.. than it'll have to be open with all parties!

    good luck

If he is bisexual then the persons he is dating should know that. I personally don't have a problem with what others do behind closed doors but I don't want to date somoene with that kind of secret. I don't want to date a guy who says I am sexy and yet he also thinks Jimmy is too. yuck!

Source(s): Make note, others that answered it is ok should think about what they would do if they found out it was happening to them. I guarantee that it is ok until their girl or boyfriend tells them that they are attracted to the same sex as them and also still attracted to you. Not only will you be pissed because he or she cheated but more upset that he is with the same sex person, he or she will be called all types of gay MF's, unless that is, you are bisexual also!!!! That will be a day you will never forget!!!

Personnaly I dint answer the other question, but I can answer them both right now... if the guy/ girl is bi and is dating both sexes, as long as there is consent and honsety about it, i dont see a problem...

i don´t see no problems in going with boys and girls, but once you start dating you have to compromise no matter what is the sexual preference, you should not cheat in your partner, thats unfair, but, if you tell them that you want to date, and also you say that you are intrested in other partners and the person agrees i don´t see no problem. its all about the respect for the ones you care, and your own feelings

You mean at the same time? NO!!! unless all agree. If you are lying to your partner, your sexuality is NO EXCUSE!!! CREEP!
