I replaced the rear speakers because the left rear blew out. Put in some mid grade Pioneer speakers in the OEM's place and they sound HORRIBLE. The OE speakers would rattle the rear window, the higher output aftermarket speakers sound like they're in another room, covered by pillows. Still a 2 wire hook up, and I see there is a small OEM amp of some sort back there. What went wrong?

My employer is requireing me to attend a class on sales techniques after my normal hours but are not paying me to do it. I already put in over 55 hours a week.. I am salary/commision paid. Where could I find statutes that will show if its legal or not?

If a CCW (concealed carry weapons) law were allowed in Virginia, I believe the gunman would have been stopped long before 32 (that number does not include the gunman) people were killed. If other people carried a weapon they could have stopped the killer.

I just purchased a new laptop and it came with windows vista. I was dissapointed to learn that many programs I have do not work with vista. Is there anything I can do to change the settings and make some of these older programs work?
