I was getting a drink from the vending machine when an additional 3 drinks were given. Is this stealing? I've gotten at most 1 free drink before, but never 3. Would it be ridiculous to give the drinks to security, or am I just worried for nothing. This just does not feel right. I don't know what is considered appropriate.

Is it true that if I take it to an Apple store they'll replace it? I've had it for about a year and a half, maybe two years. At first when I connect it to my computer I would get a message that it needed to be restored. I did this several times and lost everything stored on my ipod (music, movies, pics) each time. Now, it just doesn't turn on. Maybe the battery needs to be replaced. Any suggestions? Oh yeah, it's engraved, would that be a problem if Apple does replace it?
