Hello All, My fourth grader has been assigned a project to create a new civilization, she has choosen to create one under the sea...

What we are need of is any idea's on how to make this work.. In additon to a visual display we are in need of comming up with ideas on how this community of her will work.

Do to the fact that she has people living underwater she needs to figure out what they will eat? How will they get there resources. Drinkable water, clothing, food. How will they travel. Things such as this.. She is to write a report on the climate of the water and create a map and a flag, She has already decided that there will be 250 people living there... Now she needs laws and what will happen to people that break them...

Any one have any idea's.. Make it fun and creative.. She is only in the fourth grade. Any help would be wonderful..

My fourth grade daughter has been giving an assignment on creating a new world. She has choosen to do a under the sea one..

I need help on maybe diffrent web sites, creatures, anything useful in helping her create this world...

How will they live? What will they eat? How will they travel? How will it be run? How will they govern there world, trade,gas oil, natural drinking water, This is a huge project and any help would be great.

We have already done a lot of reading on a Hotel that they are doing underwater that gave us a great idea on what our world will look like. And now we need some other idea's on what will do and all that was listed above.. Thank you from her and I for all the help..

My boyfriend of over a year has recently started emailing with his exgirlfriend. No big deal because we are both honest with each other and he shows me the emails. However when ever he tells me that she wrote to him and wants to get together and talk, I felt this over wheelming feeling of anger or maybe jelousy I don't know.

He asks for my advice as to what he sould do and my only response was" Do what you think is right..." Well at the end of her note she wrote Love, Am i being silly by letting this bother me so much and should i tell him that i don't really want them to see each other. Oh and when they email neither one of them mention there current relationships and that really bothers me. So what do you think am i just being silly?

I do not believe in given an allowance to help clean up things that she uses aswell. I have tried sitting her down and talking to her.. Explaining that i would have more time with her if she would just help me out.. I have a 7 month old baby aswell. And yelling isn't working either...
