I'm looking for a book publishing company that will consider my original cook book idea. I tried doing an internet search, but all the major players either do not have an office in Seattle or do not want to hear from me unless I have a literary agent. Any ideas on who and how to approach them?

Con una ricerca internet riesco trovare solamente pubblicità' per adottare all'estero. Non ci sono bambini od orfani che hanno bisogno di una famiglia in Italia? Come si trovano. Non ci interessa un baby "all'ordine" ma un Bambino/a che gli manca la famiglia. Grazie!!!

My son accidentally removed the "program" from the TV/remote and since we are renting a furnished apartment with this TV... I have no acess to instructions, etc.

The owner told me that there is a combination of keys that will cycle the TV through all the bandwidths looking for the channel, then you click some other keys to set the channel - she doesn't remember how to do this, however.
