I have an electric car (ThinkCity) and recently I've started having issues charging it. My charger connection has required alot of jiggling in order to make it start charging. I know it's not the car's connector as I've used public chargers without any problems. I'm thinking that perhaps my connector just needs cleaning. If so, how? thx.

I recently clicked add on something new from Google and since then the wheel on my mouse no longer scrolls up and down the page. If I try to use the wheel I get the double arrow inside the circle and have to move the mouse up or down to scroll on the page. Biggest problem is, if I'm playing a game I can't zoom in or out any more. Anyone know how to change the mouse function back again to the way it was.

My father is deceased and never did (any) W2's for a woman who assisted him for a medical condition in his home. The IRS & Social Security are pestering me to file a W2 for 2009. Here's what I know, 1. father's EIN # 2. Woman's name and social security # 3. Amount she was paid (there were no deductions)

QUESTIONS

1. Who's address do I put for my father? c/o me as this is where his mail is coming anyway?

2. I do not have an add for the employee, can I leave this blank?

3. Apart from line 1. "Wages, tips, other compensation" and line 3. "Social security wages" do I need to fill in any of the other blocks?

4. Do I need to fill a W3?
