A friend was messing on my MacBook and tried to get American Netflix by changing the DNS and it didn't work so now I can't connect to my own wifi. It says "wifi-self obtained IP" and it's not connecting. How do I change it to automatic? The software version I have is 10.6.8 it says. Thanks for any answers!!

I have a super painful canker sore on the inside of my lower lip. It's off to the left and about half way down, which makes it painful to eat and brush my teeth so I want to get rid of it ASAP! I've tried mouth wash, salt water and iodine, but nothing seems to work. I'm starting to lose sleep because it hurts so much! With my last canker sore, I used iodine and it went away after applying it about 3 times, but I've been putting it on for 2 days now and its not swollen anymore but it hurts like crazy! Please help me!!

I'm just wondering what the normal weight is. I'm 15 and I'm about 5'6" and I think I might actually be under weight for my age, but that is just due to a high metabolism. I'm not self conscious at all! I love how I look now and I get what the food guide says for my age every day! If anything I eat more than average! Any answers are helpful! Thanks :)

Most people get cold when they have a high temperature, but when I have a fever I feel like I'm in 100°c weather and I start to sweat and I just want to go sit in a big pile of snow to cool off. Is this normal? Is there something wrong with me?

I'm getting married next year, and I need to plan on a place to have my wedding. My whole family is completely stuck on where to have it, and I want both locations so badly, and equally!! I got everyone close to me to vote, and it was a exact tie! So then we all decided that we would post this question.

I love the warm weather, and being on the beach and I'm a very girly girl so I think that would be perfect! The entire wedding on the beach at my mom's beach house in Hawaii, could house my bridal party and family easily and the back porch facing the beach could hold the reception, along with the main floor and there is a bar built inside where we could hire some friends of my mothers there who are actualy bartenders. There is also enough room for everyone to have dinner outside, and in the event of rain, there is a roll out roof, it is completely automatic and quiet and only takes seconds to get over the deck. I love this house, my mom had it built a year ago and it is a multi million dollar beach house. I think it would be absoltuely perfect, an would save so much money, seeing as we wouldn't then need to pay for a wedding venue. My only concern though, is that not everyone I would invite would be able to make it out to hawaii because it really isn't cheap to fly your whole family out there.

My second choice, my parents ski lodge in banff, Canada. It is a huge log cabin, again big enough to hold my wedding. It has a big grand staircase that we would desced down during the ceremony. This one is closer to where I live, in British columbia. The ski cabin is so perfect, right next to the ski hill and it was my favorite childhood place, and where I met my fiancée when I bashed into him and we both ended up in the hospital lol. I went to apologize and we became friends from the time when we were 16 and now 5 years later we are getting married, so that one might not sound as good as hawaii, but it sure has a story behind it.

Our budget for the entire wedding is $100,000 and so we have to keep that in mind.

Ok, first, this is going to be long, so thanks for reading,, and im really hoping someone can help!

So from the beginning

A long time ago, when my father was a kid, his mother went crazy. She would say that he couldn't believe in the lord and to never even think about jesus because then we will all go to heaven and our spirits need to have eternal life in someone elses body. My father didn't believe her, until he went into university to become a vet and met my mother. He was completely normal, and then all of the sudden, these animals would go crazy around him and then the next day, they would be found dead. My mom, however was long in love with him and engaged to him. Then he started going completely insane. They kinda figured that he had a demon, so they went to a pastor person to like get it taken care of, and he was normal for a while. By this tone my mom and father were married, and had my brother and sister. My father hadn't seen his mother since the demon left and when he went to see her next, he came back totally insane. No one really payed attention to it, because they just thought he was going through something because his father was murdered. Finally, they tried to get the demon taken care of again, but it wouldn't leave, it was too close to him and tied in too tightly. When his mother died, he stayed in her bed, crying for days. Then the next 4 kids came along, and that's when he went very crazy. He decided all of the sudden that he liked little kids and tried to rape all of us, so my mother had him kicked out of the house. No one would believe her claims, though because he was a nice guy to everyone else.

Then, i went on vacation and met a man exactly like my father. He was completely crazy and said the things my granother said to my father. I used some plastic bags from him, and drove home that day. When I was asleep, I heard the bags making a lot of noise, and just thought my dog had gotten in my room. No one else was in the house, my sisters moved so they could get away from my dad getting custody of them, and my brother was at the lake. When I woke up, my door was closed and locked, the dogs outside, and the the cats in the basement. Nothing in my room. And then I went to the kitchen and the bags were sitting on the table. The next day, my sisters, brother and roomate came home. My sisters and I share a room, and one of us share a bed. I told them what happened, and how weird it was. In the middle of the night, I was being choked by my blanket, and screaming as loud as I could. I then passed out and when I woke up my throat was so sore, like after you have been screaming for my life. I was also really dizzy and my quilt was slashed. No one had heard me scream in the night. Then the bags started shaking again, and I burned them in the fireplace with my sisters and said "in jesus' name, stay away from us forever" and ever since then I haven't had many problems.

Things are starting to get weird again, and I'm very worried it's coming back. I read the bible everyday, and im a strong believer, but I'm really scared its happening again, because of what happened to my father. I don't necessarily believe in demons, or ghosts, but spirits I do. Now, I'm starting to really think demons are real and am wondering what you think, based on my story. Anything helps!! Thanks.

my 1 year old cat is pregnant.

she is a smaller cat due to being born early and so i haven't been able to get her spayed just yet, because my vet said that she probably couldn't handle that in her physical condition. then, about 9 weeks ago, she got out and i think that is when she got preggo. i have never been able to feel the kittens moving around in her, and im worried about the kittens having died inside of her. she is the size of a 6-8 month old kitten. she is now in good condtion, but she had a vaccination about a week after she got out. i haven't been able to get a hold of my vet to make an appointment, and you can only go in if it is a major emergency.

i can't really afford if there are any complications, i didn't anticipate this at all. my previous vet from another town said she could be spayed at a normal age, but when i moved i had to wait. i don't have much money, and don't say that i should get rid of her to get proper medical care! she is my best friend in the world, and i would be devastated if she was taken away from me! she has been with me since she was born and i love her more than anything in the world! i'm only 15 and my mom doesn't have much money to help, she was only going to help me with spaying her, and my dad makes alot, but he is not really in my life and just pays my mom every month which that money goes to our bills.

please help me! i need to think of something to help her! and are you supposed to always feel the kittens? and is it bad to vaccinate them while pregnant? im really worried that she will not be okay and i really need help!

My cat is about 7 weeks pregnant, happened by accident, and I can't feel her babies moving around. Now, before you get mad aout me not spaying her, I'll tell you the story. I had a vet appointment for Monday a few weeks ago, and she had been assessed and the appointment was for her to be spayed. Then on the Saturday before the Monday the idiot I live with just let her out because "she was sitting by the window and looked like she wanted out". She had never been outside before, and since I live in a small town and there is only 1 vet clinic for 4 hours, I got the soonest appt. I could, but she got out while she was in heat. She missed the appt. Because she was roaming somewhere and she became pregnant. Now, I have felt her stomach, and felt the kittens, but I can't feel them moving around. She is about 7-8 weeks pregnant and I think that you are supposed to be able to feel them moving around by then. I'm really worried and I can't get into my vet clinic unless it's a major emergency, nor can I afford the extra vet costs to get her checked. I phone and it will be about $300 to get an ultrasound, vet check, appt. Deposit etc. And I was asking for some advice with my whole situation! Please help!!

My cat is pregnant and I didn't know for sure so I felt yer stomach (pretty gentle) and I felt some lumps and she has all the signs of pregnancy, but then I went to a website and saw that you weren't supposed to feel their stomach! I'm worried that I killed the babies in her :( do you think I did? I was pretty gentle but I realize I could have been more and now I'm worried :( no rude answers please I'm so scared :(

I am 14 and I haven't had my period yet but I've been getting wicked bad cramps every now and then and "goo" down there.... But the goo has been happening for almost a year now. The cramps are so bad that sometimes I can't even get up and it feels like I'm going to puke from so much pain. They have been in my lower abdomen a few inches under my belly button. I don't think there has been anything else but could it be a sign that my period is coming soon :(???

My friend says that horses with lighter colored hooves have medical issues. She doesn't know much about horses but she says she does, and I was wondering if that's true because my horse has light colored hooves. I'm pretty sure it's not but just in case.... And also just curious, do you ride western or English and which do you prefer?

I have a 1-2 year old male cat that has started to pee everywhere. I found him as a stray, and he has all his "parts" gone.

Recently though, he has started peeing and pooping everywhere. Before it was only every now and then but now it's every day, peeing in beds and my couch and yesterday, he peed right in front of me, and even when I hit him, he just stayed there.

We recently get a new kitten, but I don't think that is it because he was doing this before we got her, but it may be partly because of her. I don't know why he is doing this as I keep his litter box clean and treat him well.

I have read about infections and don't think that we can afford a big vet bill right now, but if he does have an infection like UTI or whatever, how much would it cost for medication and does it cost for a check up at a vet? I haven't gotten around to seeing a vet other than my grandmother who is a retired vet, but she reccommened I take him to a vet in the city to get a check up.

And he is going in the litter box some times but not all the time. I don't want to have to give him to the SPCA or throw h out as I have become very attached to him and love him very much. I really need help though, and I really don't want it to be costly as I have already spent alot of money on special cleaners and stuff to stop him from this. He likes being out side but making him an outdoor cat or giving h up would be a last resort for me. Please please help!

i have tried many times to put photos that i saved onto my ipod touch onto facebook for iphone/ipod touch, but it just wont work. all it does is come up with a black screen and the download/cancel buttons and nothing else, then when i try to put on the picture, it says unable to download.

My iPod won't play any YouTube videos. It says "video cannot be played" and I am connected to wifi as I am doing this question from m iPod. I recently got an apple iPod update if that helps.

im in grade 8 and im a 32 A. my mom had 34 A until she got pregnant with me when she was 24. i also have a very high metabolsim so its almost impossible for me to gain weight. I dont want it to be too hard or unhealthy. (no surgery) help plz?!?!

sorry its a little long but in summary Tanya hastings and her Fiance Kevin suppes went on a mexican vacation to mexico to visit their time share for their first time but went swimming and, we think they got caught in a riptide, and drowned. Tanya had a 21 year old daughter named Tarah and Kevin had 17 year old son named Keith.

Just wondering if you thought this was sad. I did and still do cause she was my auntie and Tarah is my cousin.
