  • Life's Abundance dog and cat food...?

Does anyone use Life's Abundance and, if so, what do you think about it? I am thinking of switching all my animals in light of the recent pet food recall. After doing some research this one is at the top of my list, but I am just not sure. If anyone has any other suggestions feel free to fill me in.

  • After this pet food recall, how high of a quality do you think the expensive food really is?

I feed all 9 (4 dogs, 5 cats) of my animals Nutro products. They are very expensive and I always believed with pet food that you do get what you pay for. So why is it that Nutro products are lumped up in this manufacturers list of foods with crap foods such as Ol'Roy. Does it mean that the quality of these foods are similar/same, or is just a certain portion of these foods manufactured by Menu Foods? I have sent an email to Nutro asking the same question and am awaiting a reply, but I was just wondering if anyone else had any answers or thoughts to this question.

  • Why was my cat put on Dibenzaline?

My 5 yr old cat had a cystotomy (bladder stones removed) and one of the drugs he is on is dibenzaline. The only info I can find is that it lowers blood pressure, and can sometimes be used for urinary problems. I was just wondering what exactly it does in the urinary part of it. I am a former vet tech, but never heard of it before.
