My daughters Kindle Fire just keeps rebooting itself after she's played it for about 5-10 minutes. We've tried a hard reboot, made sure the tablet was fully updated and cleared some memory, but nothing is helping? Does anyone have any ideas???

The email I used to set up my account I have not used in over a year and has been deleted? Do I need to just create a new account?

Would it be safer for us to take our computer to someplace like Geek Squad or another computer store to have Win 10 upgraded on our computer or is it something we can do at home?

I've some people have had issues after trying the upgrade themselves. I just really don't wanna mess up our computer.

We are going to upgrade to Windows 10 and we want to make sure we have a backup of our current system before we do so. I have an external hard drive, but not sure how to make a copy of the entire hard disk. Any help will be very helpful.

We have a 8 year old cat named Benny, whom we got from the humane society at around 6 months of age. Whenever we need to take him onto the vet, he needs to be sedated. He roars so loudly that he disturbs the other cats at the office. After his last visit around 2 weeks ago, his glucose number was really high..around 480. The vet put him on insulin, 2 shots per day, 1 unit in each shot.He was also changed over to HIlls Science M/D cat food She wanted us to take some reading in his home environment to see if his numbers would change. We were told to only take reading on the weekend. This past weekend, his Sat morning number was around 310. The reading went pretty OK, little struggling. However in the afternoon his number jumped to around 380, we had to try and get the sample like 6 times, he's fighting us whenever we try. This afternoon his number jumped again to around 395 from 371 this morning.

Can the stress from the shots cause his numbers to go up? We also have twin 3 year old who run around a little faster than he likes.

We're afraid if we can't get this under control, we'll have to put him down......any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm switching jobs and will receiving a payout from my 401 K, for all the money I put into it over the last 15 years. Can I take that money and put it directly into a Roth IRA? Are there any other options I should look into? I would really like to see this money continue to grow. This may seem like a dumb question, but I've never really invested anything before.

First Year playing in this kinda of league with this many positions...Thoughts on where I can improve, keeping in mind this is an 8 team league

My father was born in 1955, supposedly in Hawaii. His father was in the Navy and moved quite a bit.So he may have been born on a Naval Base. Since Hawaii did not become a state until 1959, how do I go about looking for his birth certificate?

Have been doing some research and found some of my ancestors who were born in Sweden.

I have no idea on how where to begin searching Swedish records....

I currently have a 401K account through my job, where as I place 5% of each paycheck into this account after taxes. Would it benefit me to switch my contribution to before tax? Also, my company matches everything I place in my account

My friend lent me the DVD/Blu-Ray pack of Iron Man 3, when I went to play it, it would begin to load and then eject the disc with a notice on the screen that said "Cannot Read Disc etc..."

I double checked the disc for scratches, checked to make sure we have the latest software update on our player and still nothing. We have a slightly older model Blu-Ray player.

Under the settings, there was a place to register our player for DivX content....could this be whats wrong? Anything else I could try? Any help would be greatly appreciated..

On my old computer I had a Music Library on Itunes of over 500 songs, unfortunately I had to buy a new laptop and now whenever I log into Itunes...all the songs that I had on my old laptop are gone (or in the cloud). I didn't change anything about my account, all I did was download the latest version of Itunes on my new laptop. How can I get my music back?

Over the past week, I've received a few phone calls from someone saying they work for Microsoft Technical Support. They are calling to tell me that some of the components of my computer aren't working correctly and they there are people trying to access my computer. He wants me to log onto my computer to give him access so he can fix some of these problems that are showing up on his screen. In each instance the caller was of middle eastern descent. Everytime I try to ask a question, he avoids it.

This whole thing seems just kind of weird..I've had Microsoft for over 10 years now and have never had a tech person call me out of the blue..

Is there a legit website or phone number I can call to find out if this is actually Microsoft? Has anyone else had any of these calls?

My wife and I are looking at buying a new laptop and we've narrowed it down to two. The first laptop has a Intel Pentium 2117U Processor, while the second laptop said it has AMD E1-2500

Is there anyway to retrieve files from a hard drive that crashed? My wife's computer crashed and now won't go past the login on screen. About 2 years ago we purchased the computer from a friend who sold it as -is because the same thing happened to him. We purchased a new hard drive and he installed it for us. Everything was working fine until about a month ago, when the computer just would not boot correctly. We think the hard drive burned out, but we haven't taken it in yet.

We have a lot of family photos and stuff on her hard drive...any help would be very helpful and appreciated.
