Was underwater for a little bit on this stock but sold some shares once I was in green but was going to buy back more because I figured it would go back down again. My logic through this was that if I sell some at a gain, then buy more once I go under again, it would help decrease my avg cost per share. But I saw as soon as I sold, My avg cost per share increased, even way more than my sell price. Could someone explain this to me?

I need some help for my senior design project. Basically, my team and I are doing the design for a building retrofit. The building roof needs to be replaced and we are going to design a new roof and reinforcements for the wall (which is masonry/bricks). They'll also be designing for new pavement for the lot and making improvements wit h storm water drainage. I'm responsible for the geotechnical component for our project. I have the soils report with boring logs and initial plan was to analyze the soil quality then design a shallow foundation for interior columns that will support the roof. However, there wont be any demolition of any sorts and the existing wall will actually be the one to support the roof. I'm confused on how to go about designing the foundation if we are keeping the existing walls, does anyone have any recommendations on how I can make improvements to the foundation or geotechnical components of this project?

Representative John Digell has complained that addressing climate change through the CAA would be “a glorious mess.” Why might this be the case? More specifically, what are the potential challenges to creating a NAAQS for carbon dioxide? What about setting NSPS for carbon dioxide?

The CAA does not allow to consider cost when establishing NAAQS. Does this make sense to you? Do you think the small number of NAAQS established since the CAA was passed in 1970 suggests that EPA really does take cost and technical feasibility into account?

I have Lydia as a spouse and she just disappeared suddenly. I checked all around Windstad Manor and Breezehome and found nothing. I later found out that it is possible for bandits to kidnap your spouse but I never confronted a bandit that said they kidnaped my spouse. I may have killed them before they got the chance to say and I can't find any dead bodies around the house. The weird thing is that my children say, "Mom took us to the market and saw this huge fish!" even though Lydia has disappeared. Please help! I don't know if she died or was kidnapped and I don't have any previous auto saves. I'm also on a PS3 so I can't do console commands

I think I have social anxiety but I don't want to go to a doctor or therapist about it. I talk normally with my friends but with new people I look scared and I talk awkwardly. Especially around girls. I have no friends as girls which kinda depresses me. I think I just need to feel better about myself. I noticed that when I'm in a good mood I interact more.
