I was describing how I thought my house was haunted. I was busy typing and I let it ring. Later on, I checked and it said my name and

telephone on the called ID. I'm absolutely not kidding. How can that

happen- realistically speaking.

The question isn't for me.I know that sounds cliche. I just

want to reassure a friend that it's okay. But, there may be one out

there. I just told him to quit tempting fate and quit- although that's

not easy it's the best answer.

He has to check in to his half way house. Oh, he's been good. H

cheered a meeting last night at Cape Cod and everyone congrats

him on his progress- except I know he was totally plastered on 3

pints of Vodka on Friday night and he's now worried that he'll not

pass his pee test. 2nd question: After 8 years of this dump him?

He drove a friend to massage class. At the school, my b/fended

up getting a deep tissue massage (elbows, deep kneeding, etc). He

said it hurt and afterward his "member" became black and blue and

swollen. He is thinking of going to the doctor's office tomorrow. What

could this be? Please no rude jokes.

It is presently a document on my Wordpad which I attached. I have 4 days to figure out how to convert it into pdf form and reattach or my original application may be disqualified. Can anyone give me advice?

Am thinking of refinancing mortgage- a friend suggested

HUD (Massachusetts). HUD wants me to meet with them

and bring my bills, ss #, all my personal info and financial

info. I'd like to know what I'm getting myself into before I

actually meet with this organization. What do they do? Who

are these people? Do you have any horror stories or good

experiences to share? Thanks.

It's absolutely beautiful- romantic scene of Springtime with

trees in blossom, sky reflections over a river and a boy

on the shore courting a girl sitting on a french cart. I don't

think Aston Knight painted many people. His father, :Louis

Aston Knight did. It has much the same feel as LAK's.

I'm writing a paper and I've lost my calendar on which I wrote

the date- short of having to drive over to the library and look

up old weather forecasts- how can I find the date when the

wind swirled so hard that it ripped the storm door from its

hindges in the western suburbs of Boston in March- around

St. Patty's day as I recall.

I've been all over the web trying to avoid going to the

library. And the calendar is nowhere to be found. No

Boston Globe archives or Townsman archives. Drat.

Seven years ago I was divorced. In the terms of the divorce, I

agreed to take over the mortgage payments- since I'm a stay-

at-home Mom we decided to keep the loan in his name. The

house transferred in my name. Now, the ex wanted to get a

loan and it seems he has too many outstanding loans. He went

to the bank and explained that I am paying for that one and

he may have mentioned that the house (which the loan is for

is in my name).

I paid my mortgage today and noticed that the name on

the receipt was no longer his, but mine. Can they do this?

His social security # is attached to the account as he

doesn't have mine, but now my name is on the account

and if there are any previous delinquencies, they go against

my credit. I knew nothing about it and have not spoken to

the bank yet as I wanted to gather my thoughts first.

How can a bank just transfer the mortgage from one name

to another without notifying the other party- without any

representation by the other party?

Okay all you math lovers. My ex has a lien on this house. We've

been divorced since Sept. 12, 2001. According to the decree,

...For a mortgage of $80,000 at 6.5% annual interest from this

date 9/12/01. Should the mortgage be paid on or before 9/12/02, there will be no interest. Thereafter, interestr shall

accumulate annually at a rate of 6.5% annually- This shall

accrue accummulatively. Okay.... so, how much do I owe him?
