My x collects child SUPPORT in 2 states ? ?
We moved to Ill. got divorced in Il. I paid c/s there. Then Iowa started taking out of my check c/s. Plus Iowa included a child that is not even mine. She also collects ssi and doesn't report that either. My daughter takes care of my x's ssi check. So she doesn't report that. I sent Iowa court copies of the payments I made from the county we got divorced in . Why should i have to pay twice for this ? She knows how to use the systems and the people in them ; but still I am paying the price for years what can I do?

my x after collecting child suport in Ill. and the kidds are done went back to collect from a old order in Iowa how can i stop this ? If i cant then why cant everyone just run around the country state to state and sign up for child suport and collect from everywhere? My x gets too.

A old man got caught stealing a candy bar. his wife went to court with him. They went up last after disrupting the court sevral times and the old man was laughing the whole time.
