In the past my internist has put me on ativan for anxiety, I didn't take it because I was worried that it might make me sick physically. My doc has never suggested that I see someone about my anxiety so I assumed that meant he didn't think it was very severe. The problem is, I feel like I have to mold my whole life around trying to keep my anxiety level down - where I work, where and when i shop, how I dress, what I eat, the worst is how I interact with people, I feel like I'm always saying the wrong thing, and if I'm in a crowd of people (such as a classroom) I can't talk without turning beet red or starting to stutter. Am I being unreasonable and whiny or should I see someone?

I swear everytime I turn on AMC, if there's a musical playing my cat totally turns his attention to the television and intently watches. He even sits in front of the screen watching it, especially if White Christmas is on. Have you ever heard of this before? He does it with some music videos too, he really likes "Bones" by the Killers.

Moved from the West Coast to Middle America 9 months ago and bought a home, and now I want to move back to where I was, how long do I have stay in my home before I can move?
