I've been posting here for a while and have yet to see anybody make a legitimate argument as to what the Patriots did being cheating. I'd like somebody to present an argument with FACTS explaining the following:

Who was involved?

What was gained?

How has any information obtained helped them this year?

Now, keep in mind that filming defensive signals, offensive signals, cheerleaders, players wives, anything in the game is perfectly legal, the only violation was the placement of the camera.

Fact: The Patriots didn't "CHEAT" as so many of you think...

Fact: The NY Jets (Yes the team that had the problem with the camera) were guilty of the SAME ACT last year with no penalties.

Basically, if they were to name the MVP awards from each league after a player, who should they be named after??? Should they also rename other awards like the ROY or Silver Sluggers?

Example: 1988, Jose Canseco wins the MVP and has admitted taking steroids, should his name be scratched from the books? Should the runner-up for the award receive it?

I firmly believe that the steroid issue needs to be focused far beyond Barry Bonds even though the talk is mostly about him right now. Bonds is just the abuser who's currently in the spotlight at the moment.
