Vacation Clothes for Houston, TX?
I'll be traveling to Houston, TX later this month. The temps are 60-70. What are people wearing? Up north, we are still in dark colors. Are people down there wearing khaki's now? What about open shoes? Thanks for your help!

I've noticed that a lot of women aren't wearing eyeliner under their eyes. I always have worn black, but don't know now if I should.
Also, I am a blue-eyed brunette and have always worn plum (eggplant) eyeshadow. Now I'm thinking that is too dark and am trying peach and brown.
What do you all think? Stick with my regular routine or go lighter?
