  • Is this a true observation for the most part and what does it tell you?

Now that i think about it i don't think in all these years of driving literally hundreds of thousands of miles possibly even half a million miles or more over a period of 23 years, i've ever seen a Crown Victoria type car ever pulled over by the cops.

Is it true that since its the same type of car that police drive its much less likely to get pulled over?

Would an all black crown vic with tinted windows e even less likely to be pulled over?

I do recall a guy at a car rental company that picked me up in 2011 who drove me like 45 minutes to my location tell me that whenever he drives his crown vic people seem to get out of the way for him. He said its like that most of the time. Especially when he has a black suit on he said. He said they most likely think he is a detective or something. No he just works at enterprise.lol.

So is it true police are far less likely to pull over a crown vic that is black and has darkened windows?

  • Are the police really there to protect you?

I can't think of too many instances where they did that, atleast not effectively or with seriousness. I think they are better at harassing people they pull over.

In a separate note are you allowed to defend yourself against a police officer?

What if they grab you by the throat like i've seen on tv. Can you punch a cop that grabs you by the throat illegally? The problem is you can't prove it is self defense so you are better off incapacitating the cop otherwise the b a s t a rd might shoot you for punching him even though it was self defense in retailation for them grabing your throat.

  • Isn't what she is suggesting illegal?

Today when i was flipping thru channels and saw nancy grace for 10 minutes she mentioned the police are going to ROUST suspects or anyone in a partcular area where a crime was committed in New York. Isn't that illegal? For example what if a person police want to talk to asks for a lawyer and remains silent, how are the police going to "ROUST" that person?

They said they are going to roust anyone that was ever caught loitering in that area even years back? Isn't it illegal to roust them if they ask for a lawyer and remain silent?

  • Question regarding a cell phone tower dump?

This is actually continued from last week about gps bouncing off the nearest tower.

I was told last week in answers that gps works from satellites in outer space whether it be for cell phones or rental cars.

That may be true but cell phone towers do record whether a particular cell phone was in the area at a certain time and date.

Just today on Nancy Grace( i was flipping through channels) she said that for a case in New York investigators are going to do a cell tower dump, meaning that the nearest tower will be checked to see who was in that area at a particular time. It will show which cell phones were near that location. I don't know if the phone actually had to be used to make a call or just simply be turned on for them to find out who was in that area.

So my question is isn't the same true for car rental gps technology? The answeres last week gave the impression that satellites record the data but forgot to mention that cell phone towers most likely also record who was in that area just like for cell phones. After all, car rental gps is probably the same as cell phone gps so they both are tracked by satellites in outer space but are probably also recorded in the nearest cell phone tower? Is that true or not?

Why would they be doing a cell phone tower dump if it wasn't recorded there along with from satellites in outer space?

So is it safe to assume that car rental gps data is also available by going to the nearest cell phone tower and doing a tower info dump?

  • Do rental car gps tracking devices bounce off the nearest tower?

Do the towers record info of the rental car having been there. For example, without ever knowing there was a rental car in the area, is it possible for investigators to go to the nearest tower of the area they are investigating and find out from the recorded info in those towers that a rental car was in the area from the gps recordings that the tower made from the rental car gps bouncing off the towers? Can they get access to this info even years later just from going to those towers and retrieving that info even without them having prior knowledge of a rental vehicle in the area?

  • Is it too late too switch to a VA Vendee loan?

Suppose your offer was already accepted on a VA foreclosed home and you signed the loads of paperwork like 50 pages which state the terms of the down payment and loan conditions. This paperwork is for a conventional loan. You already sent the $1000 check to them a few days ago. Its only been a week.

Is it too late to back out and switch to a VA Vendee loan?

  • Do most rental cars come equipped with a gps tracking device?

Do most Enterprise Rental cars come equipped with a tracking device regardless of what they tell you? So they can track every little movement you make including what coffeee shop you were at and where you ate. Once i actually got a call from enterprise asking me if everything was alright about 3 days into my month long rental. Why would they be asking that? Their gps much of alerted them to something.

  • Do you have to walk into a police station to file a complaint against an officer?

    Doesn't that sound counter intuitive?

I bet they wouldn't even give you a form to fill out as soon as they hear what you're there for. I bet they would discourage you and ask all sorts of weird questions and possibly even threaten you by informing you that you can be charged by bringing false accusations.

  • Why do they always toss this phrase around in firearm sites and what does it mean?

    "Always carry, never tell"

    1) Why should you never tell?

    2) Are they suggesting to carry even if its against the law and is that the real reason you should never tell?

  • Who hates each other more and are they natural enemies?

So i'm watching the uninvited on hbo and the daughter and stepmother are going at it. Who hates the other the most? The 16 year old daughter that has to live with her father's new wife or the stepmother who has to accept the daughter of her new husband. I believe they are natural enemies. There's no way i'd ever accept anyone else than my biological parents.

  • Are human beings animals in many ways?

When you think about it many people are not really rational. Quick to anger. They lie.

They are petty. Can be violent. Historically documented to be able to cause great suffering especially when they become angry. Show very little mercy. You have to look at the whole world and look back in history to get a more complete pictrure along with what you see day to day. Day to day i see people lying all the time, becoming jealous and angry for no reason at times. and becoming very possessive of property. Lying to make themselves seem better and lying about other people behind their backs.

  • Is there really a solution for every problem?

Many times death is the only solution to certain kinds of suffering but people don't want to hear that.

For example what was the solution for a lacks born during slavery?

Whats the solution for a terminally ill cancer patient?

How aout for a double amputee thats paralyzed?

    For a blind person?

Truth is sometimes there is no solution and death is the best option.
