Isn't what she is suggesting illegal?

Today when i was flipping thru channels and saw nancy grace for 10 minutes she mentioned the police are going to ROUST suspects or anyone in a partcular area where a crime was committed in New York. Isn't that illegal? For example what if a person police want to talk to asks for a lawyer and remains silent, how are the police going to "ROUST" that person?

They said they are going to roust anyone that was ever caught loitering in that area even years back? Isn't it illegal to roust them if they ask for a lawyer and remain silent?

Nancy Dis Grace is a criminal herself. Censored for Using Prohibited (Unlawful) suppression of exculpatory evidence to convict. Convictions is her only interest, and making a few bucks off it too.

However, Most All locales have anti-loitering ordinances. From walking three abreast down the sidewalk to "remaining" (criminal trespass) more than a few minutes in one spot. Commonly used to move "Vagrants" or other undesirables along.
