i recently got a job for the government. when should i expect a drug test? will they do it when i go in to get my fingerprints done?

i'm 5'7" and weigh about 130 pounds. there is a dance coming up on january 10th, and i wanted to lose as much weight as possible before then. i have a dress already, but i've gained a bit of weight since i bought it a few months ago, so i wanted to fit it like i used to. i had been running alot, but my weight didn't change, even with a low calorie/low fat diet. what are some easy ways to lose about 10-15 pounds in about a month?

i've been going out with this guy for almost 10 months. for the first 3 or 4 months of being together, everything was amazing. we were both soo happy. then after 4 months, i started to become more and more miserable. he started controlling everything i'd do (ex: drinking coffee, my bedtime, my outfits, going on the computer, talking/seeing friends, running..etc..) he always goes thru my emails, myspace comments/messages, facebook, and texts/calls on my phone. (and i have NEVER once looked thru anything of his, and ive never cheated on him or anyone, so i dont understand this) we argue and fight constantly almost every day, and it'susually because i "make him so miserable." it's ridiculous! he yells and screams at me, and he treats me soo badly alot of the time. i rly do love him tho, and he says he loves me...and when we are together everything is amazing. i'm afraid to break up because he's my life. i just can't deal with all this much longer. what should i do?

one of my toenails is really thick on one side, and it looks like it is blue underneath. the cuticle is all blue too. it doesn't hurt or anything. it just looks like i dropped something on my toe. (which i don't think i did) the toenail has been thick for a while, but it just recently started to turn blue. i'm worried that i'm gonna lose my toenail? is it a fungus or something? what should i do?

recently, i noticed an extremely sore area under my little toe on one of my feet. at first, i just left it alone, thinking that it was just a callous or something trivial. but then it started to hurt alot, and it was even painful to walk. the skin there was tough, like a callous, but there was like a hard raised circle in the middle. i was looking at it today and i used tweezers and a razor blade and i pulled the circle thing out, and it looked like my own skin had made a splinter into my foot. after i got it out, my foot bled ALOT from that area, but only for a little while. it was weird, but now it hardly hurts at all and i can walk fine. i put peroxide over the hole that was left in my foot, and i also put some neosporin over it. so, was there a splinter in my foot that my skin hardened around or what?

one of my toes is turning purple on the side under the nail, and it keeps getting worse. do i have a fungus? how can i get it to go away?

also, under my little toe on the same foot, there is a spot that's like a callous, but it hurts alot and there's a raised circle part in the middle. it's hard and makes it painful to walk sometimes. what is that? how do i get rid of it?

what are the effects of bulimia? how long does it take for bad things to happen?

my friend came to me the other day and was scared that she was pregnant. she had traveled for spring break, and came back, and didnt have her period when she expected it. the day after, she had unprotected sex (5 days ago), and she still hasnt gotten her period. she took a pregnancy test 3 days ago, and it was negative, and she's gonna take another test tomorrow. she has been really really stressed and worrying about being pregnant. i looked on the internet and it said that travel and stress can cause u to skip a period. she's also bulimic, but she said her period has always been pretty regular. i looked up signs of pregnancy, and she doesnt have any except for missing a period and she said something about discharge. but im just really worried about her. what should she do?

i am going to the beach the first week of august. i am 5'7" and weigh about 115 pounds. before going to the beach, i'd like to be at 105. i run 5 miles 3-4 times a week. i only drink water. i eat lots of fruits and veggies. i've been cutting down on sweets. i haven't been losing much weight though. what can i do to help me lose weight faster?

i purchased the neutrogena deep clean gentle scrub for my face, and the first 2 or 3 times i used it, i loved it. one morning (1 day after i bought it), i accidentally got some of it on my scalp - right along my hairline on the right side of my head. later on in the afternoon after i got a shower, i was straightening my hair. i found that the area where i got some of the cleasner, hardly had any hair. i looked closer and saw that the hairs that were there were very short - about 1/2 inch long. the product contains beta hydroxy. has anyone experienced this problem or knows what could have caused my hair to get so short?

I'm going to the beach in less than 2 weeks, and I need to get in shape before I go....anyone know an easy workout with quick results?
