  • Can the Zeus virus infect apple and android phones and tablets?

I got an email saying there’s a really good chance one of the devices behind my wi if was infected with the Zues virus or Trojan. I ran Norton on my PC and it seems OKAY. The only other devices would be iPhones or android. The email seems legitimate. Any advice would be appreciated.

  • Can walking be considered cardiovascular exercise?

I walked a mile at a fairly fast pace. It took about 15 minutes. I don’t want to run because I’m worried about making my knee start hurting. Wondering if this would elevate my heart rate enough to be considered a cardio workout.

  • Brother / Sister DNA ethnicity results?

If full siblings, one male the other female submit their DNA for ethnicity testing, how similar will the results be. The reason I ask is because there's Mitochondrial DNA which supposedly only women pass to their offspring. And then, there's the Y-DNA which men pass to their male offspring. If I understand things correctly.

  • 2008 Equinox Timing Chain Repair Cost?

So, how much should one expect to pay to get the timing chain on a 2008 Equinox Sport (V6) engine changed? My research indicates in the neighborhood of $1000. But I can't really nail it down. The required hours vary from 4 to 10, and also I've seen a wide range on the cost of the parts from about $40 to about $400. I'd appreciate it if someone with some knowledge on the issue could weigh in. Denver area, if that makes a difference.

  • How many $ to give or spend to/on my grand niece for her wedding?

My grand niece, whom I hardly know is getting married. I doubt if I've even spoken to her more than once or twice in my life. But my wife and I received an invitation. We don't plan to attend as the travel and time would be an issue. I've always sent $40 or $50 to each of my nieces and nephews for their weddings. This is the 1st of any of my siblings grand children to get married. My relationship with her grandmother (my sister) is somewhat strained due to religious issues - we rarely talk. Do I keep sending the $40/$50 I've always sent. Do I just not send anything and ignore the invitation? It's what I'm tempted to do, and it's not RSVP. Would it offend my sister and her daughter, the mother of the bride? We really don't have much of a relationship, but I would like to keep the lines of communication open. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

  • How much money should my wife give her friend?

My wife works for a company that has a tool reimbursement policy. That is, the employees can spend up to $X dollars per year on tools, then submit the receipts to the company and get a check for the $ amount spent.

My wife had an unused balance. A co-worker/friend, whom had used her own balance, went and bought more tools, but since she had no remaining allowance couldn’t get reimbursed for them. She gave the receipts to my wife to submit. My wife will get a reimbursement check for tools that she didn’t buy and doesn’t have. The co-worker/friend has them.

Now my wife is thinking that she should share part of the reimbursement check with her friend. She asked me how much she should give. I explained that on one hand she had given up part of her right to get free tools, and if she gave the friend all of the money, she was allowing the friend to use her to get free tools. But, there’s also the scenario that my wife may not have used the money, in which case it would have been forfeited. If my wife gives part of the reimbursement money to her friend, they both benefit. How much should she share? Does half seem fair?
