  • how long does it take for eyebrows that have been waxed to grow back.?

I went to a beauty college and wanted to get between by eyebrows waxed which I have done before and just cleaned up the strays around my brows. I told the girl that. When she finished I had two thin little brows. Very ticked off about it. I have never had my eyebrows thin like that and I hate it. So how long will it take them to grow back. I never paid attention to how long it took till I needed to go in to have it redone between my brows that is why I am asking. My hair grows pretty fast on the rest of my body.

  • Help what killed my gold fish?

Okay sorry this is sorta long. I really need some help figuring this out. Please only serious answers and please don't be rude. I have had fish tanks before. The last one I had before this one was a 55 gallon fish tank but we were moving to South America so I sold it. Wish I hadn't but then we didn't end up going, only moved somewhere else in the USA. So when a few days over two weeks ago someone gave me 13 goldfish I was delighted to have fish again. They gave them to me in two fish bowls so, the next day my son and I went to Walmart and since I was not cash rich I bought a five gallon tank. I know too small for 13 fish. But my mom wanted some so I was going to take her all but 4 of the fish when I went to pick up my daughter who was visiting her in about three weeks, I figured for short term the fish would be okay in the smaller tank. Better at least then the fish bowl they were given to me in. I set up the fish tank, treated the water and turned everything on to let it run for a day or so before putting the fish in. By the next day there were two fish dead in the fish bowl. Got rid of them and decided that 36 hours would have to be enough for the fish tank to run, I had to get the fish out of the small fish bowls. I put the fish in the tank. With in a day, two more died. I attributed it to the trauma of moving them. But they kept dying, some times a day or so would go by and then another one would die. Until there were only two left. The two biggest ones. The largest of the two died on Thursday, this morning I found the last one dead. He seemed fine this weekend, fine last night.Dead this morning. What happened to all the fish? Why did they die? I used some rocks that are large that I had found but cleaned first before they were put in the tank. No soap was used. I have used those sort of rocks before with no problems. In fact at least one of the rocks was the same one I had used before in our other fish tank. Could the filter have been to strong for them and wore them out? It was the filter that came with the tank. Could it be something I haven't even thought of which is why I am asking on here. Please if you have any ideas I would be very happy to hear them. I want to get some more fish but not until I have figured out what killed these so it won't happen again.

Thank you for anything you can offer in helping me figure out this mystery.

  • My adult dog is suddenly peeing on the floor and never has before.?

Sorry this is a bit long. I have a 5 year old dog, who has always been a indoor dog. She is a large wolf malamute mix and has been house trained since she was a puppy, she is not spayed. We also have a male( not neutered ) who is a little over 2 years old,he is a tiny dog. Also house trained and an indoor dog. They get along great. Recently my kids and the big dog spent some time this summer at my parents house some hours away from where we live. After we picked everybody up and brought them back home now she pees on the floor. Several additional facts. She was outside most of the time at my parents place. She got to spend time with her sister who my parents have and she got lots of attention still from the kids and my parents. The house we live in now has had pets in it before by the people who lived in this house before us. I have tried everything to get her to stop. She is only doing it in one area, (unfortunately it is on carpet in the living room) so it makes the living room smell like dog pee, I put that stuff you can buy that gets rid of pee oder but she just peed right on top of it again. Yesterday I mixed vinegar and water with a touch of wintergreen and steamed my carpets but the smell was still there so I dumped gallons of water on the floor and sucked it up with the steamer. I moved a desk and set it there so this morning she peed in front of the area, this was after she had gone out and done her business.

Please help I don't know what to do. I need to get her to stop and I also need an inexpensive way to get the smell out.

Thank you for any help you can offer.

  • Global Warming fanatics what do you think of your leader now?

    House #1 A 20 room mansion ( not including 8 bathrooms ) heated by

natural gas. Add on a pool ( and a pool house) and a separate guest house, all heated by gas. In one month this residence consumes more energy than the average American household does in a year. The average bill for electricity and natural gas runs over $2400. per month. In natural gas alone, this property consumes more than 20 times the national average for an American home. This house is not situated in a Northern or Midwestern 'snow belt' area. It's in the South.

    House #2

Designed by an architecture professor at a leading national university. This house incorporates every 'green' feature current home construction can provide. The house is 4,000 square feet ( 4 bedrooms ) and is nestled on a high prairie in the American southwest. A central closet in the house holds geothermal heat-pumps drawing ground water through pipes sunk 300 feet into the ground.

The water (usually 67 degrees F.)
