Yesterday, I did a software update on my iPhone 4 and it was restored to factory settings. I had not backed up my photos onto anything for the past year and I lost about 800-900 photos. My contacts are there still, but photos are gone.

Is there a way to recover those photos back at all? I have tried a couple of online data recovery softwares and no luck yet. Also have called some places and they charge anywhere between $495-$895 and that is outrageous. Any help is appreciated.

I am a US green card holder and have been for the past 5 years. Soon I am going for fingerprinting and am in the process of receiving my US passport. I have applied for my son who is 27 years old and lives back home.

I am a Canadian citizen and had gone back to my home country for 2 months and when I recently came back, a customs officer at the Montreal airport told me that I haven't declared anything and charged me with a $1550 duty bill and I paid it. He took notice of my ring, one of my ties, a Mont Blanc belt and a necklace and since I was coming from a 13-hour flight, I wasnt wearing them. I had put them in my carry on. I drive a 2004 Toyota 4Runner V6 and was thinking about going for some off roading at Squamish Chief road. I was wondering, first of all, how do I get there from Vancouver, BC? And also how is the road? I mean is it hardcore off road or some mild hills or a mixture?

And aside from this road, anyone knows any good mild off road trails around Vancouver, BC?
