I have 30 vhs tapes that I would like to copy onto dvd. Problem is, each VHS tape has 6 hrs. of video, and I can't find any blank dvds that can hold that much video. I don't want to use 2 or 3 dvds for one vhs tape because it would take forever to complete. Are there any dvds that can hold 6 hours of video? I know that there are many kinds of dvds available, so I thought maybe someone here might know. Thank you in advance.

Anyone get an Easter Cactus? I did and I love it! I never knew there was such thing as an Easter Cactus. I only knew about the Christmas Cactus.

I have a large guinea pig cage and now I want to add a platform and ramp. I think my guinea pigs would love it! Where could I buy the platform and ramp? I prefer to buy, not make homemade ones.

I subscribe to 3, which are Birds & Blooms, Reminisce Extra and Good Old Days. Those are typically the type of magazines elderly people read but I'm in my 30's and I love nostaglia (and birdwatching).

Does anyone know why Shirley Temple movies are never on TV? Even channels like AMC and TCM don't show Shirley Temple movies, and those channels are known for older movies.

I have a VHS tape that I want to convert onto a blank DVD. The VHS tape is 6 hours long, but I'm having a hard time finding blank DVD's that can record up to 360 min (6 hrs). I really need some recommendations for blank DVD's that would work for me. Thanks.

For the past year I've been growing out my hair and it got down to mid-back, really long. Well, a few days ago I thought it would be a nice change to have it a little shorter. I ended up having a whopping 4 inches cut off. I liked it at first but now I miss my long hair and it'll probably take ANOTHER YEAR until it gets back to my original hair length. Anyone else going through the same thing right now? The next year spent growing out my hair won't seem as long if I know someone else is going through the same thing.

I have a tv and can only get one station. I want to purchase an indoor antenna that can get signals up to 50 miles away. I live in a rural area and can't use an outdoor antenna. Thank you.

I'm pregnant and have been having difficulty with my bowel movements. Last night I had a really bad experience with my BM, it took me an hour of painful straining to get through it. The pain was so intense that I broke out in a cold sweat and felt like I was going to faint. After I was done, my butt was still painful. Today I can't hold back my farts, they just come out. I don't know if I damaged my butt muscles but it's VERY embarassing. Anyone know if my butt muscles will go back to normal so that I don't pass gas uncontrollably? If this continues, my co-workers are going to avoid me.

I have an UN-OPENED block of cream cheese in the refrigerator, the expiration date is March 28, 2010. I bought this cream cheese about 3 weeks ago. Is it safe to eat?

I know it's kind of early, but what do you make Christmas morning for breakfast? Do you have a tradition where you make a certain thing every year? I've heard of making cinnamon buns or sticky buns, but I'm sure there are other things that people make.

My hair is currently a few inches below my shoulder and whenever my hair starts getting long, it falls out and plugs the drain in my bathtub. This infuriates my husband by the way. I have a hair appointment this week and I'm getting a chin-length bob. I have a "hair catcher" for the drain but for some reason the drain still gets plugged up. Anyone cut their hair due to the drain plugging problem it causes?

Does anyone watch those video diaries from Ethan Zohn on People.com? He's battling cancer and is currently going through a second round of chemotherapy. I watch them whenever they're on People.com, he always has a sense of humor no matter how bad things are, he's very inspirational. I'm praying that he gets through this and becomes cancer free. Anyone else watch his video diaries?

There's this lady that's constantly clearing her throat very loudly. I work in an open office environment so sound travels and everyone can hear it. I'm the lucky one that sits behind this annoying lady. Anyone else have co-workers that make loud sounds for everyone to hear?

Do you work with people who over-react to EVERYTHING and get all hyper over it? Where I work, there are some busy bodies (and it's always the same people) who act like the world's coming to an end over every little thing. Then their attitute rubs off on everyone else, which makes things worse. And there's this lady that sits by me that has the most annoying voice in the world! I sit here and get my work done without acting like a neurotic idiot, so why do these busy bodies think it's necessary to cause a commotion over EVERYTHING?

I have fairly straight hair and always style it with lots of gel and extra hold hairspray, which results in extra-crunchy hair. I do this because I don't like the look of straight hair on me because I have a protruding nose and straight hair seems to make my nose look larger. Big crunchy hair seems to take attention away from my nose. Is my big hair outdated? Should I just go for a straight & layered hairstyle that's more for the 21st century?
