Hi , my cat fang is a rescue cat and we don't know how old he is, he had been homeless for a long time the vet thinks he is approx anywhere between 4 and 8 yrs old , recently ( the last month or so ) he has had lots of scabs and sore areas on his skin that seem to appear from no where and get infected and very sore , they are obviously making him grumpy ( he is normally a very chilled out cat ) and he over cleans the areas ( mainly his tummy , armpits , chin and head area )

we took him to the vet and they said he had flea allergy although he did not have fleas as we have 3 cats and they are all regularly treated with frontline or roundup , they gave him antibiotics and steroids and he had a course of both for 10 days ( i know the steroids made him grumpy ) and they have made no difference and he is still just as irritated by the sore scabby patches as he was before the treatment , he is due to go back to the vet tomorrow but i wonder if its worth taking him to a different vet, as the vet we saw was not very thorough and did not check him all that well last time, and he is getting more and more sore and grumpy by the day. also is there any thing i can do to make him more comfotable and mabey help the sore areas

put the bath on today , just the hot tap and the water was fine..went back to check 2 minuites later and there was all sorts of horrible bits in it...not like limescale but like little bits of leafs and spider leg looking things ..it was yuck and the water looked scummy , my bath was clean before i put the water on and the window was shut and nothing could have fallen in the bath , what is it and what can i do about it please

hey i have just bought WoW having played the free trial , really like the game , but how long does the download take , its been going since 3pm and just wondering how long it normally takes , i have to stay up to make sure the pc doesn't go into sleep mode while its downloading???

why do so many people go panic buying at xmas??!! , i mean seriously the shops are only shut for 1 day how many spouts can you eat in 24 hours!! its the same with petrol stations did i miss something did i miss a fuel shortage or something the que of cars goes 2 miles up the road! , seriously people calm down , and merry xmas , jingle bells batman smells and all that stuff

personally im sick of it , im a celebrity and im pooping behind a tree , singing in a rigged competition , dancing just to be critisised , stuck in a house with another load of social rejects , and skating on ice trying not to break my neck etc etc , why cant they come up with something new...watchable and entertaining......like merlin on bbc thats a good program! we need more of those types of programs ....but not about the end of the world because thats been done to death aswell , what do u think?

the dr put me on amoxicillin for a severe chest infection i have already had 1000mg today and forgot and took another so i have had 1250mg of amoxicillin today is it really bad???? do i need to go and puke??

my little boy planted 2 pumpkin seeds at the start of the summer they have been doing really well and are healthy and have tiny little pumpkins growing, he has nurtured these plants all summer and its the first thing hes really put his little heart and soul in to...but were moving on friday and he is devastated at the prospect of leaving the plants behind! he was growing them for halloween and its breaking my heart to see him so upset , is there a way of moving the plants with us? we are not going that far just a couple of miles up the road , can anyone tell me if i can and how plz plz!!

i have been considering getting an insulin pump and my specialist dr has also offered me 1 , what i want to know are the pros and cons of getting one as i have had practically no info....also i am type 1 and have been now for 20 yrs and i am soooo forgetfull ( brain like a sieve!!) and forget my injections sometimes also have 2 small boys to raise and i just want to know how having 1 will affect me , how much hard work ie remembering stuff there is to having 1, any info would be greatly appreciated thank you.

i owe the catalogue £3000 roughly and i do not qualify for a debt Relief order and i do not have enough debts to go bankrupt but i am on benefits because of a disability and i cannot afford to pay a £200 bill every month is their anything i can do so i don't have to pay ?? please help im Very worried

i came on my period yesterday but 2 day ive got up and spent most of the morning on the toilet because its so heavy and im losing loads of blood clots, i use tampons but 2 day im using one an hour and a pad whats going on? this has never happened to me before !!ive passed like 20+ clots this morning about the size of 20p piece why??????

i have sky in the living room and i dont want to have to pay extra for multi room, i just want to put my old telly in the kitchen so i can watch t.v while im out there, i have a set top areil but will it work for channels 1 2 itv and4 now everythings gone digital or do i have to go free view bearing in mind i have no main areil conections in the kitchen and i dont want to spend any money.
