I have an Acer Aspire laptop running Windows 7. Whenever I plug my PNY attache 4gb thumb drive in while the computer is running, I get an error "This device cannot start. (Code 10)" However, if the device is plugged into the USB port when the computer is booting, it works just fine until I try to unplug it and plug it back in.

I have already replaced the device driver and searched the Microsoft website for ideas to no avail. Has anyone else had this same problem?

Ok, I just added a new website to my Commission Junction account, but do I need to get approved by my advertisers for the new site or can I just use the links? My concern is that the advertisers will not honor (pay) the clicks/conversions generated by the new site!

Ok, here is the situation: It seems that lately every time I try to insert a picture that is not from photobucket, but particularly from my website *.info, the .info part gets filtered out and the image never shows up! What gives?

Ok, I'll admit it: I didn't get the whole 'Santa' thing growing up, and maybe it's because of that that I don't appreciate the 'value' of teaching children that a fictional character is real and will give you everything you want for Christmas. It is beyond my comprehension, when I have never heard a pleasant story about finding out the truth (in fact, they're usually quite traumatic) that a parent would want to inflict the same kind of trauma on their kids. It is beyond what I consider a normal range of reason that a parent or parents, who aren't wealthy and usually struggle throughout the rest of the year just to make ends meet, would put THAT MUCH MORE pressure on themselves during the holidays. It is all just beyond me that we would teach kids to be such good consumers at such a young age. I, myself (and yes, my GF and I argue over this every Christmas) do not plan on doing this to my kid(s)

I currently live in Illinois and carry an Illinois CDL with HAZMAT. My current license expires in February. My main question is, if I go through the background check for HAZMAT in Illinois (which is almost $100), will I, when I move to Indiana, have to get ANOTHER background check for ANOTHER $100 in order to keep it?
