Where on the internet can I buy an African Albino Clawed Frog?
I had my precious male die from dropsy. Vet and I could not save him. Guess it was his time to cross over with Heavenly Father. We worked for three months aspirating him, antibiotics but nothing helped. It is so sad to watch a pet die. My two females (Rose and Martha) are lonely. I had them for five years with no trouble. Can someone please tell me a website to go to so I can purchase a male? I got these at Walmart. Walmart stores did away with their fish line. I tried Petsmart and they only have the dwarf aquatic frogs. The albino's are aquatic. They live in the water at all times. I live in Springtown Texas (Parker County) and to far to drive to FW or Dallas.

I remember when I was young the cars had vents in the windows in the front seat. What ever happened to those? Why don't they make them anymore? How would I get some for my car? I sure wish one of the car manufacturers would bring them back.

17 AnswersSenior Citizens1 decade agoHow Come People Do Not Put Break Away Collars On Their Cat ?
My neighbor moved out of state and left 6 cats. I have taken in 3 of them and had them neutered and spayed. There was 3 left outside that would not come to me. Have been working on it for months. I noticed that one of the cats had a collar on her and it was very tight. She appeared pregnant which means the collar would be getting embedded soon. I called animal control and told them the problem. They brought out a cage. Did not work. Another call got me another broken cage. I finally drove in and to my amazement they had no other working cages. They just poured one million dollars into this animal shelter but had no working cages. Can't not believe it.
Drove to the store and bought my own. Came home, set it up and it took 5 minutes for the sweet heart to take the chicken bate and get trapped. My husband and I took her into the bathroom, closed the door and let her out. She was not a happy camper. With gloves we picked her up and Ben cut off her collar.
She had been trying to loose the collar for a month. The collar was the size you place on a kitten. She was lucky. Cats choose the owners. This is not the first time I have seen this. People need to put break away collars on their animals.
She is in our closet and I am just going to let her calm down. She will come out when we are ready. Now all I have to catch is the male black cat I have named Popcorn after the cat I had growing up. There is a Calico cat about 6 months old. It should not take long I hope to catch the Calico cat. Hope she is not pregnant. Relieved In Texas. Collar is off. It was almost imbedded.

How many Walmart employees hurt on the job and having trouble getting the company to pay the medical bills? Was badly hurt on the job, got a crapy attorney that was taking a partial from the small workmans comp checks each month and did nothing. Went to an ambudsman who did more in one week than the attorney did in one year. Walmart fired me for not being able to return to work and stopped the checks. I have paid $12,000 out of pocket to get some of the medical bills paid.
Need a left hip replacements, both knees replaced, and back surgery. Wood pallets loaded with industrial shelves fell on me on Easter Sunday 2007.
1 AnswerCorporations1 decade agoDoes anyone know of a cricket ranch in the Texas area (or Kansas or Oklahoma)???
I am looking to buy crickets closer in where I live. I buy over the internet but they come from Ohio or California. Most of the time most arrive dead. I want to find someone closer to Texas (or our boardering states) like Oklahoma or Kansas. Where I buy I always have them shipped in overnighters and Fedex is bad at getting them off the runways. I ask them not to use Fedex but they all say no. Fedex lets them sit in the sun too long when unloading them from the plane, then in a hot van all day and dont deliver them until late in the afternoon. Here in texas it is already in the high 90's. The companies always try to replace them free but the same thing keeps happening-arriving dead. Also they place huge potatoes instead of cricket keeper in the box and the potatoes end up crushing them. I could buy at Petsmart, but I need 1000 at a time for my frogs. Help
1 AnswerReptiles1 decade agopost a question?
I am asking those of you who work for a vet. I have a 12 year old female dog who has multiple bladder stones. My vet said that they make an incision in the bladder, scoop out the stones, wash out the bladder and sew her up. This seems old fashion. Do they have a technique that just breaks up the stones instead of opening up the bladder? This seems harsh for a 12 year old female dog who has a heart murmur.
6 AnswersDogs1 decade agoTooth extraction?
I am so upset. I have a 12 year old dog. She has been acting depressed all day. I know she lost a few teeth last month. I looked in her mouth and found two teeth that are loose. Also she is missing most her bottom teeth and has 6 others that look like they are very dark and might need extracted. I believe she may have cancer. She has a belly on her that started up last year. It has not gotten any bigger. I dont know why I suspect Cancer, maybe because I am going threw chemo myself. I have an appointment tomorrow with her vet. I am a retired nurse so I gave her a PCN antibiotic shot according to my vets instructions over the phone. I have been so sick and feel upset that I have not noticed these things going on with her. How do they detect cancer in dogs? She has these little growths that has been appearing the last 2 years. The size of my baby fingernail. Could these be cancer as well? What will it cost to have each tooth extracted? Please help me, I am so upset and stressed :(
