Okay, this week I was up for review for my progress at work. Upper management pulled two of my cases and told my boss that I lack documentation about a situation that happened. My boss tried to defend me and stated that those two cases were NOT mine at the time that an incident happened and that the previous worker should have documented what happened. He and I were told that it does not matter, that I am at fault about what happened because the cases are now mine. I went back to talk with the person from upper management this evening to explain what happened and asked what could I have done differently. She explained that I should have documented the incident when it happened, but once again I tried to explain that I DID NOT have those cases then, matter of fact, i was not even working at this job when this incident occurred. I left her office feeling shocked and angry. I have being doing well with everything else at my job, but I feel that this will count against me. Now I have to go through ALL my cases and make sure all things are properly documented. The situation in the cases happened in the past and was out of my control, but I was still blamed.

Here's the situation, this girl (mary) and I have been friends since high school, we went to the same university together and always hanging out with each other. After graduating from college, Mary decided to move to another state with her other best friend. The whole time she's been there she has made no attempt to contact me. I have called, emailed, texted and facebooked her, but she will not answer. I have this feeling that she is ignoring me,but I don't know why?? I have been trying to contact her, but it is to no avail. Should I move on and just cut my loses with her or continue to try to get in contact with her? Also, she came back into the state recently (she's still here) and she will not answer or call back. We have been close friends for so long (like sisters), it is hard to let go. She is the only close/best friend that i have. Please give me some advice-Thank you

.Hello I have a serious problem within my family. And i need advice

Here we go.

My family had planned to call CPS on one of my other family members. one of the children who is 3 years old was punched in the face by her parent. Well, someone this week in my family called CPS and they contacted my family member (brother) he said he would come down and take the children with him away from their mother. But no one in the family believes him. He is going to take the abusive grandmother and mother along with the children with him. The abuse i know is going to contiue. My question is should i call CPS now, b/c he is coming to get them today or this weekend

Will the kids be given to family members (i hope so) please help!!!!

I have never before thought about suicide or ever really hated my life, but at the moment I have never been so depressed and scared in my life. Here's the problems. My cousin took out a loan in my name and she won't help pay it (I did not use the money she did, I mentioned this in another post on Yahoo Answers) I literally have no money to pay (Im scared). My other cousin has not paid her part of the rent 4 the apt and they are threathening to evict us and take us to court (I am really scared). Not to mention that right now in college with 18 credit hours i am so busy with tons of papers to type and hwk. I have a class that I believe i am failing, I have talked to my professor on a number of occasions. My APS bill just came and it was really high, but i don't know why (i can't afford it)

Can someone please give me advice or let me know that i am not the only one going through something like this. Today in my class i could not focus and went outside and just broke down and cried

Here's something i am curious about: If a person has no job, no property, no wages and no bank account and the rent at his apt. is late. Can the apt. management sue him? What do they gain from this person if they have nothing? What can a judge demand this person to pay if they have nothing?
