I'm a registered nurse but haven't worked in 17 years. I would like to become a psychiatric nurse. My background is hospice nursing. I don't care much for other types of settings. I live in Virginia. Does anyone have any suggestions about what I should do to prepare myself? Some people have encouraged me saying that the potential employer would have no problem training me but I'm afraid my confidence level is pretty low. Thanks.

It seems that out of no where I now have these symbols on all of my old and new documents: Pilcrow (Paragraph), dots between each word and a return arrow at the end of the line. Any suggestions in how I can get rid of these?

I had a TB test done a day ago. The nurse performing the procedure attempted three times to insert the needle properly, each time dispensing a bit of the liquid under my skin in three different spots, but within an inch from each other. Tonight it looks like I have a positive TB test. The site is painful and aches down the arm, there is about 15 mm redness and some hardness. I've never been positive before and have no health concerns. My question is whether her injecting in three different spots could cause this or whether I am indeed positive. Thanks so much.

Okay, I open up Internet Explorer. If I open up a second, third.....page from a link and then exit it, all pages will close right away. So then I have to go back and click on IE again. Any suggestions? Thank you very much.

I have a Toyota Sienna van and no manual with it. I use both power sources to charge a) my cellphone and b) my GPS. The metal tubes in both sources came out when I pulled out the plugs. Neither one is now working. I thought about the fuse but don't know where that is located. If you could help me with that and possibly other reasons for the malfunction. Also, is this something costly to have fixed? Thank you so much for any advice.

When I first installed this camera I had no trouble having a video conversation with others. Sound was great as well as picture. Now, as soon as the other person answers, the picture is in slow motion, their voice sounds like a robot and they get the same from me. Logitech told me to install the newest software which I did, but it didn't help. Nothing else has changed. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem? Thank you.

Dear Father in Heaven, I pray for the victims and their families of this tragedy in Blacksburg. I pray that you comfort them and bring Christians into their midst to help them through this. I pray for the family of Mr. Levi Librescu, who laid down his life for the life of others. I pray for the Seung-Hui family. Their son committed a great evil. They have to carry that as well as the loss of a child. Protect them Lord in this time. Watch over them and draw them near you. Let us not be in judgement for something they had no control over. Bring forgiveness and healing to all those who require it. Be with the Billy Graham Association and the Calvary Chapels who are already in, or heading to Blacksburg to aid where ever they are needed. Allow your work to be a work of grace through the Holy Spirit. Lead them and protect them Lord as they are doing your will. Thank you for what you are going to do. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.

What do you think about the Mock Terror Attack at the Burlington Township High School in New Jersey where police officers acted as the gunmen belonging to a right wing fundamentalist christian group, there to take hostage and wound students because their child could not pray before school?

I am outraged. They picked a christian group and it seems all fine. Had they chosen another religious group such as muslims or jews, it would be all over the news.
