Query
Fundraiser Query - Charges?
Quick background here.
I 'friend' of mine, (call her W) lost her husband back in February, and I with another person (we will call D) organised an online auction to raise money to help her out.
Businesses donated items and we auctioned them off. If all items sold we would have raised $5000 plus $1000 of donations.
I was funds reciever (stupid mistake) and I have paid her $3k to date leaving around $3k owing.
I have been unwell (surgery) for the past 5 weeks so have been away from my computer a fair bit. I always said they had full access to the account, and I printed out/gave them screen shots or copy/pasted bank statements regularly.
Anyhow, now 3 months later they have finally ended the auction, and I plan to transfer money in 3 days (once I can get to bank)
Problems have arised, and I am unsure where I stand.
I just used my everyday account to recieve funds so when they asked for bank statements, they can see my spendings/withdrawls (stupid mistake number 2)
I HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY HER. I HAVE NOT SPENT THE REMAINDER OF THE MONEY.
But even though I have the money she is taking this to the police?
What are my rights here?
Have I done something wrong?

We have been given a 6 week old puppy, yes I know very young, but the mother has passed away.
So, she is a pure bred staffy, and she is gorgeous, but she is suffering really bad seperation anxiety and sooks/whinges/wines the moment we are out of sight.
We had her sleeping in our ensuite the past two nights, but this is not helping.
Any tips on how we can ease this puppies pain, and get some sleep.
Oh we have snuggly blankets for her, soft toys, food, and tried the clock thing.
Thanks...

Okay so I know they help move "things" along in the bowel, but how do they work?
I mean, people take them to lose weight, I just do not get this? Hasn't the food already been digested?
