Have you ever tried searching the internet for Windows when you mean the ones on your house?

I'm trying to get local bids for people who do window installation, and can't find them on the net due to the windows operating system! *LoL*

Seriously though, where should I go to find what I'm looking for?

I was raised Catholic, and excelled in science as a child. I became an Atheist and rejected the Church.

I had a near death experience. I won't wow you with the details, but I believe I went to hell.

As I suffered in agony I realized it was my own wicked deeds in life that had delivered me here and accepted my fate.

A hand reached into hell and pulled me out. I strongly feel that my repentance earned me a second chance at a good life.

Atheists will say it was a hallucination, as my head was cracked open that's very likely true. Still, I can not deny the existence of God, if it happened to you you'd feel the same.

Religious people would celebrate, but God's message to me was that he has no church or book on earth, and that such things are false idols.

It is many years later now, and I'm a Father. How do I raise my son to believe in God, but not fall prey to these cults?

I'm thinking they are going "Nader" many GOP candidates.

Maybe if the Tea Party and Republicans snuff each other out we can have health care and our freedom to be a peaceful and TOLERANT nation again?

I have a big cat. He can not use a small litter box.

Pet stores and online shopping have been no help because apparently these people think 22" is HUGE. A 22" litter box this is simply too small!

Seriously? My cat is big, but I've seen many bigger...

I guess there's some huge problem with people just accepting that cats can be pretty big, because at the store they don't even know big cats exist!

Anyone know of any 24" or longer litter boxes / bags for using?

The Jewish people suffered a horrible genocide.

The Israeli people were given their country after WWII. It's a fact it was taken from the native people and given to them... then they were given weapons, tanks, jets, and nukes; since then have grown into massive military power.

So the people who were born there try random revenge / suicide attacks and as reprisal the Israeli military ALSO kills indeterminately... not only women and children in the streets, but even those seeking shelter in the UN building.

Every time I read one of Christopher Null's Editorials, I laugh at how little he seems to actually know... Then the next day at work, all the white collar are freaking out about the end of the IT world.

The new www.m.yahoo.com page is HORRIBLE. Since trying to go directly to www.yahoo.com automatically redirects me to www.m.yahoo.com is there another address I can enter that will take me to the classic page layout?

Sorry, but making Yahoo more like Google is just a bad idea! I've always disliked Google and MSN, but it looks like Yahoo is going down the tubes too now. =(

I've seen him boo'ed off stage more than once, and while I like a few of his songs I think he's pretty consistent at making REALLY weak and horrible songs too.

It's so bad that people call MMO's like 2MOONS "arcade action." Not even CLOSE... it's just another boring WoW type grinder.

WoW, DAoC, Lineage 2, EverQuest ... ect. In all these games you just click a button to use a skill or automatically attack when you click. ASK any console gamer, THAT'S NOT ARCADE!

Why hasn't anyone integrated HALO, EXTEEL, or another type of type of arcade control into a large map with computer controlled enemies and other players that you can either team up with or prey on.

What's the big hold up? Shouldn't we have had MMO's like this years ago?

Now she faces 5 years in prison for hacking. THAT'S NOT HACKING!!! He gave her password and then foolishly betrayed her... he gave her consent... and IT'S NOT EVEN REAL but she might go to jail!?!?!

Anyone thinking what I'm thinking?

I was recruited into the military under John McCain's National Call to Service contract. I was to be for 2 years of service, followed by the usual time in reserve status. I wanted to join for 6 years, but someone chickened out on this contract so I took it to get in faster.

No one in human resources or in my chain of command knew what the contract meant. It led to me being in a deployed location when the clause of "16 months following training" made my contract END 4 months before ANY of us thought it should.

I was fast tracked out of theater where I was needed and rapid separated. Meaning 1 week after I returned from war, I was homeless and unemployed.

Also, since I didn't serve a full 2 years and my deployment never got added to my DD-214, I've been denied any VA benefits. Something that I'm working on clearing up.

John McCain can't do anything right. Conservatives, is this the best we can do? Do I have to vote LIBERAL now? I'm sure as hell not voting for the man who put me, my wife, and my baby boy on the streets when I wanted to serve my country.

This article made me laugh. My opinion is that YOU CAN'T train to be a superhero. Certainly NOT by "having extensive martial arts training."

Very funny... they say what's "not realistic" is to say you can fight multiple opponents, when they themselves mention the key to defeating multiple opponents: they "get in each others way." It IS possible, but it still wouldn't make you a "superhero."

I'd love to hear what others will say on this topic.

Is anyone else really sick of those people who will no longer drive the speed limit and refuse to accelerate off a light because they think they are saving gas?

Does the sound of someone's ignition turing back on the engine when the traffic light turns green make you wish it was legal to drag someone out of thier car and beat them?

Do these people not realize that going slow and missing light just means more fuel is wasted idling or restarting at the next red.

Is there any way we can reign in this insanity?
