We are currently having a dispute with our recent letting agent who has forwarded an email conversation from 2011. He appears to have changed the content and time of the final strand of the conversation. Can we obtain a definitive record of the conversation and/or times emails originally tagged.

I bought what was advertised as a new, sealed, official Sony dualshock 2 controller from the Amazon marketplace for just over £30. It arrived, I opened it and it does not work. After some research I found it to be counterfeit. The serial numbers on the package does not match the controller, poor build quality and including no usb.

I was new to Amazon and should have checked out how it works I guess, but my question is how I procceed in order to get a refund. Amazon states I must talk to the seller, but if they deal in counterfeits, I would rather talk to and resolve this with Amazon.

In order to save people from wasting the only life they have, living by rules that threaten or promise things that have never existed? People should enjoy life, and atheism can help with that. We can tell right from wrong ourselves. You could have a free mind, your own moral code and be free from the guilt and paranoia that Christianity brings.

After all, he apparently managed get passenger planes to fly into the most important buildings in New York, and the Pentagon, the most secure building in America. Does that make American intelligence pretty useless, or does it make you think a little deeper?

That is the choice I have on my £300 budget. Mainly for gaming.

Emotion 40/69-FUSB 40" Full-HD 1080p USB LCD TV

Im not too savvy when it comes to TVs, and there is no response time listed.

The TV will be mainly for gaming. Any info and advice on the pros and cons would be appreciated.

I will soon be trading in the old point and shoot for a cheap dSLR. I chose a Sony A380 as I found a good deal. It comes with an 18-55mm lens. I will buy more lenses in the future as money permits, but Im just wondering what the strengths of this lens will be, and how versatile it will be.

I have very little photography experience but have decided to take it up as a hobby.

For my pretty small £300 budget am unsure wether to buy a DSLR (looking at the Sony Alpha A380, with a standard 18-55 lens), or a cheaper bridge camera ( Fuji HS10)

Any advice would be much appreciated.
