I've been working at my retail job for almost a year now, and I'm currently being trained to be promoted within the next few months. However, last November I was arrested for DUI marijuana in CA. We were able to get it reduced to wet reckless because of my clean record and age (at the time I was 18). Will this affect my chances of being promoted? I know I will have to submit to another background check, but will this prevent me from being promoted? My job has no idea about me being arrested and charged with a misdemeanor due to the fact I had already been working there for several months.

I messed up a bit during the second verse, but besides that, what do you think of my overall voice? Any criticism/feedback is greatly appreciated!

I'm 5'4" and usually wear a medium in women's clothes. However, I wanted to buy a few things from Urban Outfitters in the men's department. For a pullover crewneck sweater, would it be best to get a small or medium. I want it a little baggy and slouchy, but not too big. And for t-shirts, should I order a small or medium, I want it to be just a little roomy.

I finished my pack at the end of May, got my withdrawal bleed, and everything was fine. However, I didn't take my birth control at all in June. It is now July, and I want to go back to taking my birth control again. Should I wait for my period, or can I start back up whenever? There is absolutely NO chance I'm pregnant.

I want to have an ombre effect on my hair. It is already slightly ombre, brown at the top and fading to a very light almost blonde at the ends. I don't necessarily want to bleach it, but I will if I have to. Is there a way to dye my hair without dying the ends?

I've had sex about 6 times, and I always feel slight discomfort when my boyfriend goes all the way in WHILE WEARING A CONDOM. It's just a slight pain up in my vagina, and it tends to go away after a few minutes. I've had unprotected sex once, and it did not hurt at all that time. So, I have a really good friend who has been interested in this guy for a long time. However, he's put her in the friend zone. On Friday, I was at a bonfire, and he was there. I'm 5'5 and weigh 135. I'm pretty toned, but have a pretty round butt and slender-ish thighs. I usually always get my yoga pants in mediums, but all the Victoria secret yoga pants are out in medium. Which would be better, a small or large?

I'm 16, and taking drivers ed. I read that you have to have 20/40 vision. I wear glasses and contacts, so am I still able to drive? Is this bad?

I have brown hair and light brown eyes, and I usually just wear mascara, pencil liner on my waterline, and liquid liner on my lid. I occasionally will wear blush with just mascara, but it's not much of a change. I like looking natural, but I'm open to more daring ideas.

It was black and I bleached it to an orangey color and dyed it reddish brown. The red faded at the roots at a bit, so I'm wondering if I dyed it medium/darkish brown which is my natural color if it would get rid of the strange color. Please help!
